I really don’t don’t know how they manage to hire such unprofessional sales staff. A guy named Syed called me for some salary plan they have and when I was just speaking and telling him a “NO” for it he just said “thank you bye” in a very rude manner and cut the call on my face. I want their authorities to listen to the call between me and this sales guy and know how such people can literally damage a brand name by hiring such people.

Worst company to work with. They will enslave you for the least salary and they dont bother recruiting stuff to full fill the company requirements. No salary increase despite the fact that their profits always increase as per their communications. They will force you to do unpaid overtime and will ask you to be thankful because you have a job. A very unprofessional and humiliating company. Save your health and dignity and stay away from them.Positive comments are from their puppies that get favored based on their nationalities and type.

Fraudulent manager by the name Amr Gouda promised me a job as customer care agent and kept asking for payment. He said he is well connected and have too much power because he is friends with the manager. Good thing I refused to pay him. Be careful of such people. They look nice and religious but in fact they dont know Allah.

I went for restructuring of the loan with emirates islamic bank , I had to wait for 4 hours as it was too slow and you can’t take an appointment , you just go and wait...So my number came one of the agent called when I went he was talking to two guys and he just passed me totally ignored me and took the guys instead .I went to sit and wait more and then another agent called my number , during the process , some people will come to speak to the agent and say hi ... so I was interrupted too many times , so unprofessional ... it took too long to finish!!! 4 hours I lost my day !!!

Bit difficult to find this place. Less parking spaces. Reception is not friendly. Confused staffs. Never pick up phones or respond to emails. I believe all are occupied in collection work. Do not recommend this place to be visited. Full of back offices of banks specially collection.

The place is nice and you can see green everywhere, the nature is nice but they have problem there with parking, and security guided me to a way which is single lane and one direction and insisting that no problem I can go this way to find parking. People need to be careful for this point.

Good infrastructure. But located at remote area. No public transport available to travel except taxi or private vehicle or staff transport. No facilities such as restaurants or food court or shopping mall nearby.

An awesome place to work.... Getting there is a concern only cabs available to move in and around..... Its a typical BPO and KPO set up.... Their interviews lasts for about 2-4 hours.... The crowd looks decent....

0 stars. One should avoid services of this unprofessional company at all cost. I still cannot wrap my head around the fact, that the staff gives ZERO attention to their work, and purposely ignore all forms of communication. Employees are UTTERLY incompetent, without sense of responsibility for their actions. This organization is not even aware of basic administrative rules. I’d like to suggest to this organization to make their employees personally liable for their work. The level of unprofessionalism would then hopefully improve. If not, then replace your management, because they’re utterly incompetent.

Parking available on site and on roads , my last official visit to tanfeeth in March 2015 , before i left UAE ... good memories with this place as i got the experience letter and finalization of my 7 years of services in this office... lots of sentiments .. may i visit there again will surely visit this place... lots of friends working in this building.

Emirates NBD central operation department and group recovery and collection department. Parking is ample. Difficult to find taxi. It is just opposite to Dubai Police academy in nad AL Sheba area

Worst service ever, they never assist to clearance loan and accept cash on other branches neither they have humanity understanding for people who lost their jobs. This is how you deal with customers who pays you for years on time? Worst parking ever and lack of assistance.

You will park in the dust for sure.. I went there for Emirates Islamic Bank as I have an issue with my account and the call center advised to go to their collection department, the reception guy called them and they asked for my number and account and told me to wait downstairs and that someone will call me back.. after 30 mins of waiting no one called I went back to the reception guy, he called them again and handled me the phone, the lady on the phone was really rude and she told me to check with my branch !!!!! and till now no one called me back :) :)

The place looks nice from the inside but the parkings are incredibly hard to find and they are far.
