Here is the one-week followup story with Nestle water.I had called for a new connection to Nestle for extension of Office supply to the office accommodation. Initial talk has been done with the customer representative and I have been told that someone will call me. So I waited one day and no one called after that second day I did a followup and the answer was the same. Our manager will call and confirm the order. This continued for 6 days and on the 7th day I had called them around 6 times and the final answer was we cant give at the price of your office price. If they dont want to supply at the office price why they made to wait for 7 days?Great guys keep up this good work and you will have future :)Update: Im happy to meet Mr. Noor (came to meet personally) and an update about the miscommunication had happened. Also happy to see some SOPs got developed after the above incident. Unfortunately, I had opted for the other supplier however we will have business again with you in the future.Thanks for your time and management really looked at my message and did a great job.
Not recommended. i was dealing with another suppliersales guy came to me and convinced me to go with Nestle Waters with 25 coupons, when renewed I was surprised to get only 20, no one told me it is only first time you get 25 coupons - really upset of the way treating customers.

I had an upsetting experience with their delivery team. I received my order at 2pm today and the gentleman who regularly delivers in this area was taking the water to my apartment. With his trolley he scratched my car that was parked in the driveway and refused to give me his name. What had me even more flustered is he had no regard after I confronted him and told me to call the police. I would rather confront the company before taking it to that extent. Its unfortunate this had happened during the weekend when their office is closed. However if Nestle does not take action I will be taking this forward with the Ministry of Economy.
If you want to worry about getting a regular supply of water.... then Nestle is the one for you!They consistently failed to deliver water to my house at Damac Hills.I never thought I’d be stressed over water! Thanks nestle!
Thank you for addressing my concern. It was surprising to know that it was the original taste of tge product. I was satisfied with the follow up.I am highly disappointed and upset with the recent Nan H.A. 2 formula milk i have purchased on 31st May 2019 for my daughter.She has been refusing to drink the milk and has developed skin rashes after consuming the milk. I am shocked to find that it was all caused by the milk. I tasted the milk myself after my baby refused to drink it ,only to find that it is not drinkable and is tasting extremely bitter.How can a new sealed box with a valid expiry date can have such a taste? What about my babys healthcare? I have trusted the brand for so long that I am still extremely upset about the whole thing?Can you explain?
This is another company call big name with worst services, not only bad services, sales team have no shame to lie, be careful getting service through Nesetle
Nestle Dubai--- Absolutely horrendous service! I was a Nestle Bahrain customer since three years and so so extremely satisfied with their service. Absolutely impeccable. Its just been a month since I moved to Dubai and when I came here without much of thought I took nestle as I was very happy with the service in bahrain. But here in Dubai every week there is issues with their service. Never in time, sometimes they dont come as they say they dont have water!!!! Every week is some excuse. I wish there were negative stars I would have give negative!!! They dont deserve a single star. Stuck with them since I bought the booklet.
After watching rotten documentary series on Netflix ( bottled water) i realized how tricky this company.... every one must watch that series to open his eyes about the greedy people that play in others lives....

I was dealing with Romana Waters and one day the sales guy came to me and convinced me to go with Nestle Waters. there timing is not connivance at all 8:00 AM morning and the delivery guy is so rude and said this is fixed and cant be changed and the other problem is you give them 3 coupons with 3 bottles they deliver 2 bottles only and at another time at the day they will deliver the 3rd one if they will !!! Im 100% switching back to another company once i finish all the coupons.
Worse company in customer service delivery, they are lack of sense of urgency and unprofessional

After they sold me the coupon book and promised for delivery every Sunday !!! Here goes the third scheduled delivery where they don’t show up and with a promise this will not happen again and what makes worse that no manager will accept to come in line and speak to you and all managers are busy in a meeting all daySo here I am stuck with their gallons and coupon book and a bad customer service which I never saw from their competitor
