Worse hiring process, in the interview they said you are shortlisted but never get email for final interview, when you try to call them no body receiving call, when received they said they are busy then disconnected. You will spend your time,money and they play with your problems. Never recommend to anyone to work for this company.

Had extremely disappointing experience going through their recruitment process. Once their HR called me on Friday( tells how bad company is that office staff works on Fridays). Their hiring team is extremely annoying, desperate, almost begging to come for an interview and during interview the hiring manager is asking me why would I like to work with them?! I need to ask them why you are so obsessed to call me on interview. During interview he made clear that I have different experience than he was looking for... so I am like WHY THE HELL YOU DID NOT CHECK MY CV PRIOR TO SCHEDULING ME FOR AN INTERVIEW, TIME WASTER??? YES, THEY are THOSE MANAGERS WHO SEE YOUR CV FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN YOU ARE IN FRONT OF THEM ! On the other occasion I met their other manager for other brands opening: HR was annoying me and harassing me with her repeated calls to change my meetings/work schedule because of their interviews and assessments. I went for initial interview, had a presentation, assessment tests, did two SWOTs for 2 different stores, had one more interview with Ops Manager, sent my documents to start recruitment process and.... HR disappeared and never bothered to answer my email. These people has no decency and do not respect other peoples time. By the way they always look for store managers! You need to hire proper Area Managers/ Ops Managers rather than always change your store managers, remember fish spoils from the head!

If you are jobless then join this company, but if you are not jobless then please don’t take chances ,They are known for hire and fire specialist .

Sun&Sand. Horrible customer experience. It’s almost impossible to get through to anyone other than those reading from a script. Even when you do speak to someone, you are given promises that are never kept. The customer service agent lied to me in writing!! If you try to leave a comment on their Facebook page they’ll delete it! Even their colleagues in the physical shop won’t dare try to reach them. I even tried to call the corporate office. No response whatsoever. The line rings forever and then you’re routed to a voice recording system that is full and can’t take more messages! It’s been full for 9 days now. The entire company should be sent for basic customer service training. What a shame.

Got my worst experience in Dubai since being in this wonderful city for last 23 years. When Covid lockdown started, they sent an email saying they are closed as per govt regulations and that Engine fitness members will be given extension for their contracts. When the lockdown ended and govt allowed gyms to be open, they conveniently close the business including the lockdown period as active membership days. Was asked to go repeatedly to collect the cheque. No arguments or chance to discuss, just had to accept. Was asked to go to consumer court if I had any issues.

I got an email and a call from a recruiter asking for a telephonic interview ,I was ready on time as we agreed but the hiring manager did not show up. I tried to call the recruiter and sent him an email explaining what happened he ignored my email also my calls.I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful communication with any company before. I don’t know if I should Thank GOD for preventing me from joining this Company or the Recruiter and the hiring manager dont reflect GMG Image!If anyone knows a senior person and can provide me his contact I would be grateful.

I ordered Backjoy on Amazon on 9th June 2019 and the parcel was to be delivered by vitamed to a given address by 13th. I received a message on 10th that it left for delivery and we should expect it on 13th June. I am from Kenya and had ordered several items from Amazon and all were delivered but never received the backjoy.
