We have purchased Super General washing machine December last week 2020 and within this 6 months we had complaint for more than 5 times. worst experience 2 times they have taken the machine and the next day the same problem. customer service guaranteed us this will be final complaint from us but still prob exist. now we are losing trust on this.

This is the head office and main direct retail location of super general.if you love the brand and its products , this is the place where you should buy them. Best price , genuine product and nice warranty terms , you got it all in on place!!!

Worst service.. they provide 5 year compressor warranty within 1 year it was spoil completely for replacement today is 4th day(21-6-2020).. everyday they said today tomorrow. until now there is no proper information and no service from them.. in this June month especially in UAE temperature its impossible to live anywhere without air conditioner.. they nailed us..see the people review everyone complain about this service.. there product is well standard.. service is very worst ever from any angle..if you gonna purchase this brand.. well thats good. but forgot the warranty and throw the bill at the same shop dust bin..just think how much i am anger without air conditioner about four days at 50Celsius in middle east temperature..

Worst customer service & arrogant technicians who visited our office for the maintenance of ACs at our office warehouse in Al qouz Dubai.At first we made it clear with them that our AC mother board have to change do the servicing of the other unit.in return they sent a technician without the mother board and did the maintenance of other AC onlyafter the work is done he (technician) asked for the money for the one he did maintenance and was asking money for other unit which has to maintain and change the mother board (eventually he didnt carry the mother board with him & didnt even do the maintenance of the other unit) and was asking money for the visit only.after this we called the customer service & he was same forcing us to pay for nothing. we dont recommend the service & moving forward for the authorities to complain.Amazing thing is that the guy left with our Ac motherboard.

Hi,I recently purchased Table Top Gas stove & got disappointed as soon as it got connected with Gas pipe line. while making it ON need to hold button for long , which is waste of Gas. While making it slow it is getting Switch off. Cant cook my food on slowest flame....which is most worst thing I have ever seen in new product How one can adjust with new appliance.? Now i cant not even return product since it got connected to Gas pipe line & where I have already paid AED 300 as connection charges.Company does not care for customer & manufactures such a worst products. For sure not going to purchase any product in future......worst....worst....worst...Stop manufacturing Table Top Gas if you dont care for customer & countries resources......minus STAR

Well I bought the fridge of Super General and I must say that is the biggest mistake I did by choosing this brand. Every 3 months the fridge has been repaired and my and they are coming to collect within 2 days or more and to repair 6 days which is you need to managewithout fridge for 1 week or more.They dont even care about your problem that u will go through without fridge. Every time my food getting spoiled. My refrigerator has been repaired 3 times under warranty and then now again but this time no warranty so I called them and they are telling again that they will take 2 days to come. Guys if you dont want to waste your hard earned money dont buy their fridge they are just modern theirs with no customer ethics.

A 1 star rating is too generous.very misleading product specs., the fridge model I ordered was supposed to be 170L yet when I received it, the printed capacity read as 118 and it was obviously much smaller than a 170L.

Pathetic service and products. We bought a 3 ton Ac last year for our restaurant. In one year time 4 times we have called them to repair it... nobody is coming and when they come..they dont repair it and asked us to get it repair from outside when we have extended warranty for 2 years...nobody buy anything from them..its worst...if there is minus rating I would luv to give that...

Guys, this company has the worst delivery service. I ordered one fridge and washing machine few days back, the delivery guys were not willing to unpack it and even install it properly. They want the customer to be a handyman and help in unpacking. Worst delivery persons attitude ever!

Worst company ever seen. Took split AC and compressor problem. They wan 450 for changing the compressor which is under warranty and if we take to their place still they will charge 150 then what kind of warranty for 5 years it is?????
