This people are not professional. I wanted to view Damac Hills 2 and the lady is telling me if I really want to buy she will show me of no she will not waste her time by picking me up and show me the project. That was ridiculous.

They keep illegally locking me out of my apartment, deactivating my parking card and stopping any deliveries to my apartment. I am a tenant who has fully paid my rent yet they are doing this as the owner didn’t pay the service charges. This practice is totally illegal. They can file a case against the landlord but I have rights as a paying tenant.Despite bringing a letter from the rental dispute Centre judge to instruct Damac to take the correct legal action instead of doing these illegal activities, they continue to harass me.

I have writing to many of the Damac officers on my concerns,but unfortunately they are very iresponsive dont even bother to acknowledge the email?Its not the great sign of such an amazing company.

No wonder why this company has the review 2.5!!I had an interview with Mr. Thomas Solomon from India I guess. So be ready if you meet the same person you need to remember all your sales in the last year for example if you had 100 properties sold you need to remember exactly the date, Sqft, developer, plot nr. etc... I think he never heard about data based where you can stock all the information.The position was Relationship Manager for him means a single individual job so you don’t have team and you will not handle the relationship between clients and company. So you will be a sale person with the name of Relationship managerWas funny that he started to criticizing my CV, he supposed to see my CV before I arrived to the interview this is the logic. I try to explain enough clear the experience in last 2 years involve more than one company.Anyway in conclusion damac needs to think twice when they select the HR. Because the sale and the Reviews, reputation are not great!!

Warning! Never buy or invest in Damac!People need to know how unprofessional they are and if you invest with them there’s a big chance to lose the money!We bought an apartment in Golf promenade 2 unfortunately the biggest mistake!they Lied about the handover date and when the building was ready they didn’t want to provide as with the documents so that we can proceed.They are very unprofessional and they have a huge lack of communication with the customer.We wasted time money effort dealing with them.

It is saddening to be writing my first review in a negative light. But, around October 2019 I peaked general interest in Damac properties in Mall of Emirates, however, I have not pursued any enquiries at all since then. The broker who attended to me had saved my number through Whatsapp & I have frustratingly been receiving AT LEAST FIVE calls from Damac PER WEEK with a new number EACH TIME, after blocking the former number, especially when I managed to speak to 2 members of staff asking to remove my number, but to no avail. To add, the call somehow disconnects & redials to go in automation. This has become disturbingly unprofessional & I would advise to stay away from this harassment of this so-called business.

I dont recommend anyone to deal or buy any property from this company. I had a very bad experience with them since 2011 till now. They refuse to pay back the money I paid which was all my life savings $131,000 I have all the documents to support what Im saying. Very dishonest, unprofessional staff, minipulating, I really really regret making the investment with them, I thought I was dealing with professional people, but I was really wrong.

Terrible experience buying a property from Damac. Very kind before u purchase, then they ignore u after u sign the contract. They give u fake promises and show you very fancy luxurious photos of the property, and shock u with very cheap finishing and ugly furniture. Also they reduce the size of the property more than 7% of agreed area, and refund u peanuts! Still waiting for one month for them to contact me regarding pending issues!

Never attempt to deal with this Company! they are the worst in terms of customer service & commitment. they will contact you if they need a payment from you but if you have an inquiry or want to issue a simple NOC letter nobody will answer your emails or calls. I have never seen a call centre which doesnt pick up customer calls! It will take ages to get one simple request completed and your papers will get lost multiple time. worst level of professionalism Ive ever dealt with!

Don’t buy from Damac! They show u something “show houses” and deliver u rubbish! If u already bought then my advise don’t pay Damac full amount before handover! Even if u r financing with the bank! Cuz once u pay everything they won’t rectify for u the issues coming in the snagging report! Again! Don’t ever pay full amount before moving in!!!! Worst customer service ever!

They will throw you in the street if you forget to pay service charges

Extremely poor customer care service. Horrible investor treatment. When you walk in to buy, they sweet talk to you all the time. When you sign the contract / SPA with them, their treatment will be the worst. I have lost money, time, energy and health with this disgusting company. We bought several units and discovered that they sold better units in the same building in higher floors with cheaper prices and better payment plans. Some units with the same pricing and area came without parking and they forced us to pay extra for parkings to get our title deeds. After completing the building and paying the units price fully and paying service charge in advance for one year, they did not give us our title deeds due to VAT issue. I never ever faced such issue with other developers that I have bought from such as Emaar, Nshama, Azizi and AlDar in Abu Dhabi. If you want to invest in Dubai go to Emaar and Nshama because they have good customer care and they try their utmost to resolve any issues that you may have in your long term real estate investments and all their service charges are justified and reasonable for the service that they provide.

Not even a half star- They have a mobile number to call, and the answer will come from a rude voice saying Aloooo angrily as if you have woken him up, then hanging up on you if you ask if this is Damac. How rude and nonprofessional!!!!! You can also try your luck on 971 4 373 2197 but no one will answer. In the time of IOT and AI, Damac still not reachable.

My Issue with DAMACI have purchased a unit in DAMAC height project (Fendi Design) in April 2017 from an Exhibition done by DAMAC in Oman.DAMAC sell me the apartment in Oman and they know that I am not a resident of UAE and therefore do not have any bank account in UAE and ever cannot create the current account according to UAE law without having a residence card.The company (DAMAC) did not highlight any specific requirements during my purchase and even during my payment of the required deposits before the handover time.Only during Handover which is also delayed toll April 2018 (as per reservation suppose to be on November 2017), DAMAC asked me to provide Bank checks from Local Bank.I have tried all the ways to get a bank current account in UAE to provide the requested checks but there was no way to do this as all banks refused to provide my Bank account even when requested to be a joint account with other Friend living in UAE and already have Bank account in UAE.Till date I did not get any other solution and DAMAC still insisting on their requirements and refused any other Proposals for providing them any other Grantee or checks from my bank in Oman.I need somebody to help me to find a solution for this issue.It is not fair that the company cheats me and sells the unit to me in Oman knowing that I cannot provide the handover checks in order just to sell and take my money then force me in either provide such requirements or pay the entire remaining amount in cash.

You will regret if you buy any property from this company, you will face delay , less space area and guess what if you buy hotel apartment they will give it to you as furnished apartment same what’s happened with me in Majestine project in businesses Bay Area - Dubai
