Skycourt Towers is a complex with 6 towers located in Dubai Land next to Al ain road. Easy accessibility to the city and other areas as the road network is very strong. Currently lot of residential buildings are in construction which is good. Also the highway road is getting widened. Work has already started. The area looks potentially positive for investment in real estate.

Good place for staff and staff families. Maybe not good location for many families as it is far from Dubai center, but it is more desired foe many families and companies staff as it is more affordable and acceptable rental pays.The skycourt is huge building with many blocks and it is highly recommended for family and friends who are looking for affordable and reasonable prices, yet good or acceptable quality of building ambience.It has many restaurants with multiple cuisines- mainly suitable for Indians, Pakistanis and phillippinos.

Fantastic P3 Play Area & Swimming Pools. Every Tower in Skycourt Towers has Separate Gym.

Great community. Loads of shops around. Brilliant school just 10mins away. Easy to connect to all parts of Dxb without traffic.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment with great facilities this is the place.

Ac bills are over expensive, sometimes it can be as high as 1300 aed per month, this is is of course excluding DEWA bill.
