Beautiful place to live in jumaria in acceptable price

Terrible building, I stayed for a month and I found myself running after that to find quickly another place. The places are crowded, dirty, masks everywhere in the elevator. No proper security, always absent not asking people to wear face masks and then you wonder why there is so many cases... a lot of cockroaches and even garbage is not thrown properly in appropriate places. Landlords are mean and just looking for a way to get from you extra money. I noticed as well that during that month they were getting inside my room while absent, making videos without my approval until I found this online with my personal belongings and pictures. Do not ever think about living here it’s a complete mess and not worth a single penny.

I am upset with the design of the road that leads you after exiting the building. You get directly to Abu Dhabi highway and along U-Turn that adds 10 minutes driving unnecessarily. I request RTA to give an exit to Marina and to Dubai too.

10 minutes walk to JLT metro. Located behind Stella Di Mare hotel. I do not feel safe at all in this area. Apartment units are small. Small elevators so no social distancing happening. People do not follow the 4 person only in the elevator rule. As long as there are space, they will get in. Sometimes people dont wear mask while in the elevator which is very concerning. Resident don’t know how to use the garbage chute. Unruly neighbors who blast rap music at 3 or sometimes 4:30 in the morning and likes to pretend they are in a concert. Smh. Rude security guards. Theres always people hanging out in the lobby or outside of the building. Theres something fishy going on in this building. It just doesnt feel right.

I stay there several months. I liked this building but it has problem with AC its not working often. Its strange because this building is new...And not very close to metro and tram(near 7-8) min.
