Nice Building And Big flat are coozy

Every apartment has million cockroaches, despite telling management several times they are still chosing to ignore it.Horrible management and full of useless people. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this building unless you like toblibe with insects

Its good building to stay in here from 3 years and the maintenance is so good. The rent is also reasonable for the area and location. If they gave me one more parking space then I might give 5star. Just kidding.It was great help from the seamless management to fit me in this property.

Its a nice building and a great place to stay. Hardly 2 minutes away from the metro station. Rooms in the flats are spacious and building has good amenities like gym, sauna, and swimming pool.

Short rise bldng. Very old. But location is good. 1 stone away from al fahidi metro station. It has swimming pool on roof top and gym too with small sauna. Around it are pharmacy and many convenience stores. Near McDonalds and KFC too.

Nice building, but poor maintenance and property rented to bachelors and on sharing basis to different families in single flat, so u feel like crowded
