Since I moved in it really feels like the home I needed to truly enjoy my stay in Dubai. Sure, the building looks very fancy and smart but the staff is always very friendly and attentive. The maintenance and cleanliness is top notch and things always work in the building. I want to highlight Chris from building management, he was genuinely helpful and assisted every step of the way, thanks Chris.

Is the building clean? Yes. Is the staff great? Yes. Maintenence? Perfect. Finishing? Awesome. All these qualities are shy in comparison to the simplicity and transparency and ease to which it was dealing with management and the renting process. Special kudos to Chris, who was the best real estate agent I dealt with in my 5 years in Dubai.

Burj Al Salam and Sheraton is same building, YES! However you need to pass through the back because the Entrance is there and some very polite Parking Attendant and 2 Security Personnel showed me the way to pass through this door and access the hotel to get to Burj Al Salam at the back. Thanks guys! And Keep it up! 👍

I have lived here in the Residential Tower for nearly five years.I love the modern finish and building amenities.The security staff are fantastic and the maintenance team extremely responsive.Never get tired of the sea views and sunsets from my balcony!

I love the building structure and design

I moved into Burj al Salam a couple of months back and couldn’t be happier with my apartment. All apartments are finished to a very high spec and mine was in pristine condition when I moved in. Management (particularly the agent Chris) are super helpful and maintenance is always completed quickly and to a good standard. The buildings gym and pool area (which is new) are great and well maintained - couldn’t recommend the building more highly!

Very very bad location for delivery vehicle parking. Every building available for delivery place,parking available but need to pay 50 aed.

The apartments here are modern and quite spacious. Only reason why it gets a 4 star is because the kitchen doesnt have a window.

Its a good location, close to Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai in Sheikh Zayed Road.

It feels like living in a hotel. Always clean and up to standards. A few mins walking distance to the metro. Great security and service. The apartment is clean with a lot of storage space and beautiful views. The management is very professional and helpful. I love living here.

Parking could be a challenge

This building is fantastic: high end finishing, great location, hotel style lobby, with an amazing cafe on the ground floor and two grocery outlets within one min walk. Super easy and clear communication with the building management (a rare thing in Dubai)! Building does a great job in maintaining all shared spaces and making sure your unit is quickly tended to for any issue. Our two bedroom apartment is extremely spacious, and we are very happy with the layout. There is also a barbershop and a printing office in the commercial side of the building. You are within walking distance to many nice hotel restaurants and bars (and during the hotter months a taxi will take 2-3 mins to get to any of the many hotels lining this part of sh zayed road). Loooove the place!!

Best location in Dubai, located in the heart of downtown. Beautiful finishes which make you feel like you are living in a hotel. Amenities are top notch, attention to detail is very noticeable, from the time you enter the building to the hallways and inside the apartment. Dubai typically lacks good quality kitchen finished but this apartment has it all. I am in love with their condos and would recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a luxury home which has everything you will ever need including an amazing gym and pool.

Ive been living in the building for the last 2 years and absolutely love it. The amenities are incredible and its like staying in a 5 star hotel. You have easy access to SZ rd and amazing restaurants and bars just a stone throw away. The management have been amazing as well.

Mostly corporate offices. You have Sheraton restaurant where you can buy all you can eat dinner and two other places. Also food delivery is very popular and convenient here. Laptop lunch 20aed.

Beautiful building and amenities, but awful management that tries to suck every bit of money out of you. Moved out 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my deposit as maintenance is attempting to charge bogus claims that were made after final inspection, and a month after I’ve moved out. Also note that walls are paper thin, and no privacy for you and your neighbors.

Lived in the apartment for a year, very well managed and great location opposite the Dubai WTC. Great swimming pool and gym facilities located on 11th floor above carpark. Childrens pool, activity area and shading during hot months. Life guard on duty when pool was open. Easy walking access to exhibition centre and Metro. A variety of local restaurants also available.

Best residential building on sheikh zayed road. The amenities are amazing and access to all Sheraton grand facilities.

You must be here if you are going for1) A luxurious stay in Sheraton Hotel, Trade Centre, or2) To fill your tummy without looking your purse from Novikov Restaurant or The Sum of Us Cafe, or3) Working in the number of Office Flats in the office tower.Note these things before you visit Burj Al Salam Building.1) The building has two entrances each from the front and the back. One tower is for Sheraton Hotel and the other tower is for Offices and Residences. You wont notice from outside that Burj Al Salam has two Towers. Make sure you dont take the wrong entrance and waste your time.2) The office tower has a prayer room in Mezzanine Floor and a ZOOM Retail store for your grocery needs.

If you are thinking of moving here DONT! the management are useless...the car park and area is a nightmare for traffic, it will take you up to 10 mins to park your car & leave, construction is going on all around you with materials falling from buildings, noise and dust, aircon barely works, smells in the rooms from bad drains, you can hear the toilets below & above you, poorly designed kitchens that are not safe with gas problems, power surge issues which have shorted out electrical appliances, tenants are leaving constantly

The best choice was going all the way to the top!

Very boring building and doesnt have any good food option. Elevators take ages and the logic of 6 elevators are horrible and not user friendly.. toilets at least 19th-21 floors are not even human.

The building looks nice speciallyits lobby but the rest is absolutely terrible. I lived there for 1 year and leave the apt lil early due to terrible smell from drain. The ac is the worst ac in uae and management team is really unprofesional . Thanks god that i could leave there. I do not recommend this property to anyone

Having been resident in the building for 2 years, it’s sad to say that it slipped in its initial offering. Windows on the facade of the building were cleaned a total of 4 times in the 2 years I lived there. The neighboring building was blasted clean monthly and sparkling always. The reception and security detail on duty during the day had the personality of something from another dimension.. that being said some of their colleagues picked up the slack. Make sure you go through the apartment with a microscope when you plan to move in as when you move out somehow in places where you’d expect wear and tear suddenly become places they decide they want to rip you off from your security deposit. Nice touch that is makes you think you were meant to never touch anything in the place... for the price available these days definitely other buildings with a more human approach to dealing with people

The place is very nice to live in almost 5 stars but the service of the management is unprofessional with low quality service not like they promised when we rented in spite of waiting one year to get Itisalat signal suffering going out of the tower to use our mobiles there was no support from the tower managementParking for visitors are not available and no place to park outside when we were promised that there will be valet parking for visitors and when I waned to get my car cleaned the manager has cut off the electricity for the whole line to avoid using the vacuum cleaner and prevented the cleaner to use the water drainage yellowing at himHopefully they improve
