Lovely place to live

5min from Dubai Marina metro, has atleast 3 restaurants, a cafe, 2 salons, an indian grocery store and 2 supermarkets within 2min walk! Although, Al Seef 2 building management is really rude to outsiders and guests. The Tamweel tower management is very welcoming.

Beautiful location and property

One of the best clusters. High quality buildings and purely residential. Proximity to metro and SZR makes it even better. One thing to note is the 2&3 bedroom configurations that makes them very family friendly

Standard 3 towers complex in JLT,Al Seef 2, Al Seef 3 and Tamweel ( which had a major collapse after fire happened 5 years ago in this building) towers!Finding parking again is a challenge in this cluster!!

3 towers, 2 towers Al seef 2/3 and 3rd Tamweel tower Al seef tower 2 have west zone , smoking9 & Utravel .

Tamweel towel and its parking and playgroung for kids is still closed after a major fire that happened 5 years ago.Seef 3 tower has a sewaje cistern in basement level. It quet often leaks and gives beautiful smell that sticks to your dress, hair and car.The building has mold, bad smell, and constraction problems as for example strange sound from windows frames, balconis door that is unable to be closed properly. And very bad service company that is currently serves the tower.From inside its a spacious and very comfortanbe apartment. Close to the metro station.
