A good place to live pleasantly.. supermarket is available in the ground floor. Easy parking facilities.. best RTA parking spaces around the building.. access to all restaurants deliveries through a phone call.. overall experience is good but not the best..a small and good family can stay here happily

Peaceful area

Very nice and well maintained building. It has timely Pest Control and regular cleaning. Has Gym and Swimming but not very well equipped. Mostly Indian Watchmen and they are very very cooperative without hoping for tips anytime. Owner himself is very soft spoken and gentle and cooperative. Rent is as per the market but not more. Bus stop less than 1 minutes walk. Sahara center 10 minutes walk. Taxi almost always available. Supermarket at ground floor. Complete Family Building. Overall its one of the best in Al Nahda 1.

Perfect location with good price. Mall, supermarket, restaurants, clinic, hospital, school everything is at walking distance. The building is maintained good and is equipped with parking, swimming Pool and Gym.

Nice building. No have any issue for parking. But some floors I feel bad smell of garbage.
