Nice location building with supermarket on ground floor. Same as other buildings has no own swimming pool and gym. you can use gym on the same building at extra cost. Probably has largest 3 bedrooms penthouses available on the palm Jumeirah

The Galleria is amazing shops and restaurant, there is a fitness first and a nursery.. But living-wise i wouldnt advise anyone to live here.. Although the apartment is big but its a very bad quality

The place is great. But the work with a drill and which starts at 7am is just unbearable and makes the place very unpleasant. Run away run away from a big scam. You will pay a lot to wake up to the aggressive noises of the drills !!!!Tenant very very dissatisfied and very angry
