Visited this building to check apartments for sale.2 Bedroom apartment around AED 500,000 for 880 sq.ft. around in size.Size is not that big but Space is well utilised as rectangular lay out is good and looks good for family living.Building has a swimming pool on ground floor with small gym too.Location is good with all amenities and facilities within Jumeirah Village Circle like schools, medical. Gym, shopping, supermarkets etc.RTA Bus and Taxis having access.Families love to stay within JVCAttached some pics during my visit

Nice, neat and clean property with all the amenities and facilities like swimming pool, gym etc. Plus the community has plenty of lush green well maintained parks that offers something for casual walkers, joggers, and children. It has running and jogging tracks, children play area, cycling track to compliment your daily routine excercise. 💟👍🤩

The building has had a good upgrade and the apartments are furnished and also the layout is on point along with the location. They need to regularly clean the face of the building.

Very bad management. No one is cleaning swimming pools and elevator is also closed due to non payment of services charges by the apartment owners. Tenants are suffering

I went to check the flat there but i would not prefer staying there...lifts were only 2 or 3 but each floor had tooo many apartments and the walking passage was tooo long that i didnt like it... rest all was okay, the rooms n other facilities

Especially at night!Poor building: always water leaking inside house, sealing/valves are very cheap quality; AC tripping every rain till get dry; windows doesn’t isolate dust, parking barrier doesn’t work othen, need to waste 5 mins to open the gate.Swimming poor close after 6pm, don’t run heater for winter.Internet doesn’t work properly, always speed down at evening and weekends.Waste time to come to JVC from hessa 20-30 mins. Disgusting property. No maintenance for common areas. The building is falling apart.
