The view of burj khalifa and its lake is spectacular from this apartment buildings. They are well maintained and its proximity to burj and Dubai mall is big advantage. In addition there are number of restaurants etc nearby.

Stayed at 29 Boulevard 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen, washing machine great view outside(Bruj Khalifah) easy access to the Dubai mall(with the pass very close) supermarket available cab access various restaurants around, excellent for family or group travels. But you have to do all the cleaning and laundry yourself, unless you want someone to come over and do it then you pay. Very safe and sound environment good for morning and evening walks. Swimming pool, spa, library, play ground gym all available. Comfortable living space really loved it.👍👍

The most spectacular boulevard in the world with a length of over 20 km, equipped with very spectacular underground meters, superb pedestrian crossings over the car traffic. The cloudy buildings on the boulevard break the world record highs. The traffic is very intense and the traffic is fluid on the boulevard but it is preferable to travel by taxi. There is no reason not to like to ride a taxi or subway on this traffic lane from one end to the other.

Weve been in these buildings twice to visit friends. Their view from the living room towards Burj Khalifa was amazing. Especially when the fountain show was running however I am not sure whether I would want to have the sound until late night 7 days a week. The buildings are great with nice finishing. Spacious rooms and a good infrastructure. Of course the location has its up and downsides. Especially on special occasion days the traffic comes to a standstill around the Downtown area which sometimes can be annoying, especially in emergency cases. Other than that it is a great building.

It is very good residential building.It is surrounded by Burj Residence towers.Nice view all around and lively atmosphere.

Boulevard is Dubais main attraction point. Surrounding Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa; Boulevard Central hosts numerous restaurants, coffee shops and some retail shops.If the weather is not too hot outside, it is highly recommended to take a good long walk along the road and enjoy Dubais vibrant city community.
