Amazing views amazing place for living.

Constant noise and maintenance works. Take a look at the reviews here and its from accounts that dont even bother to type anything (because they have never lived here). This is now the second month in a row of full month long renovations on a building that is 3 years old. Try booking the tennis court and its occupied by tennis coaches who dont even live here. The pool was closed for a MONTH in December for maintenance works. Delivery trucks beeping because Serenia Residences is right next to the delivery access to Anantara Hotel and there is no space for the mini buses and delivery trucks to pass. Speed Bump right outside Serenia Residences so the hourly rented lambos speed up and slow down and then speed again after the speed bump so it sounds like F1 race track at all hours of the day and night. AVOID

Apartments and facilities are second to none. This is why Dubai is special because of the nice and luxury places to stay in or buy/rent like Serenia.

Horrible place to live.. what you see is only a mask of what lies underneath.. The horrible service maintenance and water plumbing ..Saying this out of my experience in serenia

Constant maintenance issues in this building and its only 3 years old. Emails come every week and often several times per week. Thought that you could enjoy the balcony for your $$$$ per month rent then think again. Thought you could check some emails whilst enjoying the view of the Burj or sunbathe and relax on your balcony? I dont live directly above the tennis court so I dont know how those who do cope with the tennis coaches constant noise then all day and night from 9am to 9pm you hear tennis coaches giving instruction (every ball hit is UP, DOWN BEND, DONT BEND THE ELBOW, GOOOOD, GOOOOD, OOHHH NEARLY, and then lets count the shots ONE, TWO, AH ONE, TWO, THREE, AH ONE, ONE, ONE, TWO, ONE, TWO The tennis coaches make this place unbearable and they arent even residents here. Lots of people moving out recently
