New apartments. Well maintained Arenco standard. Maintenance is well taken care of. So nothing much to complain about. Just that the tenants dont always follow instructions and so we have the fire alarm ringing often.which then needs to be silenced.

Friendly & great owner , nice big ground flat private patio. Nice big gym and building is still brand new so everything is in great new condition .

It’s not opened yet though u can go inside and see the rooms with the help of security. Some of the room has very small kitchen. Some of the rooms have bright light but most of rooms are lacking good sun light.So you can enjoy privacyGround floor rooms are bigger and nice.Parking is huge. Drawback is there is very small play area for kid They can make some space for kids play. Gym is good. Swimming pool is on terrace. It’s huge.
