Nice place, but the maintenance team should take more care about swimming pool because already some tiles are removed. 24 hrs security services. Life guard services available. Nice gym. There is no rush around the building. Roof top swimming pool will give nice view. Kids pool attached with swimming pool.parking facility is much better.suggestion : they can install a wonderful garden at the front side , near by gate barriers.

Quite beautiful place in the studio city.

Decent sized apartments in good location. However the facilities are a bit tired and good luck trying to get some rest. The walls are so thin, you can hear every move your neighbors make 24/7... the central AC also ensures you get to smell whatever your neighbors are cooking and the constant banging in the walls and pipes is like an anthem around this place. Counting down the months until my lease expires...did i mention the roaches?

Beautiful condominium well done, well equipped and well maintained in the mythical City of Dubai, Studio City location. The bus stop is a short distance away and easily reached on foot. From here you can reach the Mall of the Emirates in a few minutes by bus. Beautiful and very quiet area.
