Great skyscrapers but entrance issue for delivery vehicle

Located at Business Bay,marasi drive , not so spacious, cant find any logic regarding Ethernet socket and power wall socket ,its like there and there useless .

Top class business centre security controlled access.Higher the floor, better the view.

Just moved our new office to Ubora a month ago, the offices, finishing, service and management are top professionals and they views are great.The only remark I would put (this is why 4 stars) is the parking and the parking bumps. Which is weirdly made outside the main tower, so you have to enter and drive to your parking lot and on the way you have exactly 11 hard bumps on your beloved car, there are bumps in places that do not need to be. Total time from 6th floor to P3 parking and to exit the parking/building is 11 minutes. 9 minutes from 6th floor to B2 to highway.If management would remove some bumps it would be ok and please try to add a small restaurants a bit bigger than the small coffee shop in the side lobby, after all its a Grade A building.

Its super high rise with commercial and residential space located in businesses bay along the marasi drive. Parking is little difficult as we need to pay a huge money for one hour. They have a super market as well as a newly opened cafeteria to serve. Good one.

Nice place to be...you can see from here the famed Burj Khalifa nd Burj Al Arab... Its interiors nice. Although a little bit far from the metro, there are plenty of bus which can take you here. you can ride 19A, X22, anf F14...It is also a short walk to the creek.

I always come here whenever I visit Long Teng Seafood restaurant. What is good about this place is that it has huge parking space and you can use the space as valet parking when you dine in Long Teng Seafood restaurant.

Ubora Towers 2 is the corporate building.The parking being same for both the towers.Its very well connected by bus (F 14, X22 and F 19A).

Nice building most of the big industrial companies are located there. It has amazing view to the Dubai city especially at the high floors.

The office tower I visited was really great and well maintainedOnly thing i noted was that, parking only 30 minutes free. Bu the time you park, figure out the pass issue area, get the pass and lift and reach the desired office , your meter will start to run. So even a normal quick delivery can cost you AED30/- minimumI was taken care by the office I visited , may be it is an option. 1 hour free and hourly AED 10/- would be a more fair pricing - much opinion

Absolutely breathtaking office tower that is an important part of the Dubai skyline! The residential tower is pretty much a perfect place to live for any single person or new family. The apartments are loaded with tech, with automation present for almost any service (including the curtains!). The community is also full of decent people and the security is very efficient.

The building itself is fine, but the management is horrible. I moved out three months ago and I’m still waiting for my final chiller bill.

Has got 2 separate buildings one for residential and other one for business. I went to the business building. Its a high rise building and a landmark. Paid shory term parking available in near by building. Visitors parking available here but mostly full. Good choice to open up a business office. Far from busoness bay metro station. Can get feeder bus. Taxis available all the time.

Business mainly, very strict parking rules and security check. Consider a good 15 for parking and then go back to the reception, leave your ID and grab an access card. No coffee shop. Quite difficult to find a taxi on this road.

Luxurious residential apartment. Secure with amenities like pool, polo grownd and many other.

A interesting complex of buildings.

Great layouts and selection of materials. Workmanship is a bit on the poor side. Dont expect ACs to cool down and 18 degrees. It is a bit smelly on the gallery outside. Access is a bit problematic.

There is no parking except paid which is 30 dhs, very difficult entrance, they take too manu details when you want to access, overall if u have work to do here dont come with ur car

Tower with good views, free parking for visitors, but with really hectic parking to offices access. Call the company you are visiting and ask them for assistance on how to reach from parking to offices, otherwise might get lost. No wheelchair access from parking to offices tower, as you must use staircases.

Nice building and place but the prayer room should be for public or visitors guest as well because there isnt public mosque nearby.

In this tower we had our office and have spent almost 3 years....in beginning the public transport was very few but now good number of rta buses are there....From office floor we can view the Burj khalifa tower conspicuously ...excellent view of the city and the water channels ....

Another nice tower. Praying room on the second floor. Elevators are not the fastest ones but youre on your floor in seconds 😂
