It goes without saying that this place is located in one of the best locations in Dubai which can view the Burj Khalifa and also a lot of skyscrapers in downtown of Dubai. Walking around in front of the Claren Tower itself can make your day. Mizu restaurant on the ground floor is nice one!

It looks nice but there are so many problems with the building and flats. Check all the lights extractor fans in the batroom and drains before you rent here. Things are so bad that we are moving out. You need to like the noise as well to live in here, its like f1 every night. Our flat face pool and main bulaward and construction work which is also noisy.

I have been living here for 2 years , the view from the balcony and the pool are pretty but the noise is insane. I can’t sleep well literally every night, wake up middle of nights with the sounds of cars, bikes, music, people screaming constantly . Early morning, construction noises start. I recommend to avoid a bedroom facing the promenade.

Very rude and u professionall security. I go there every day literally and the security keeps asking who I am every time. One time my friend was on the way home as we wanted the train in the gym but the security wouldnt even let me in even after my friend called them and told them it was OK.

Excellent location near the Dubai Mall. Parking garage is a bit awkward. Wifi did not work 3 outbof 4 days we stayed. Thea/c was weak.

The place is so far from burj Khalifa and there is same instructions annoying and apartments very hot because the Ac is not working properly 🤬
