Best view for burj Khalifa

The apartments are spacious, the building is clean and smells nice at the reception area

Few minutes walk to dubai mall , located around the coolest spots in Dubai, few walk to the metro station.

Everything is perfect! But there is bad smell in children playing area, so had to rate it 4 stars. After removing the smell, promise to rate 5 stars!

My friends lives there, hes having major problems with the sewage system. You can smell foul odors from the main corridor all the way to ones apartment.

Amazing building by Emaar with very high end swimming pool and nice gym. I stayed in this project for two years, it is high quality and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartments in a strategic location. There are many restaurants nearby, the biggest mall so close, the Burj Khalifa and the downtown itself.The building has 24 hours security. It is a nice place to stay or live.

My stay was beautiful. Very friendly staff and so close to the Dubai mall and the Opera House. Love the view of Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountains from the balcony

Great location. Staff are extremely kind.

Went to pizza pino. Great outdoor seating. We ordered 3 dishes. Brushetta for starter, chef pizza and arrabiata penne pasta. Pizza tasted the best. Other two were very average. Staff is polite and courteous. But they Served all the dishes together along with their complimentary bread/dip (delicipus)which should have been served the much before the main meal.

Standpoint Towers is the best building in Downtown and one of the best value-for-money places in Dubai overall. Prime location, quality finishings, excellent amenities, lots of restaurants in the building and in the neighborhood, everything delivers. The only 2 buildings that are truly walking distance to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Metro are Standpoint and the Lofts. Excellent choice in Dubai! For short-stay far better than hotels. For long-term residence great value. For investments best capital protection and ROI. Will always come back to Standpoint.

Good location but the only down is the construction work which goes on 24/7 , don’t understand why they let them work during the knight when everyone sleeping 🙄

Good, specially near by Burj khalifa and Dubai mall.

Such a shame to live here where the construction noise doesnt let you enjoy. The building is nice but you will not want to live here when there is about 10 huge trucks working non-stop and dont let you sleep.
