Dilapidated building. Extremely poor maintenance. The kitchen tiles in our apartment came off- the entire wall. The lobby always smells of garbage. The central AC is very poor; leaks, smell etc. The cleaners clean the building every day, but cleanliness is still a major concern. Extremely bad wiring and light fixtures. We literally had to change the bulbs every few weeks due to poor chandeliers they installed.Pest (cockroaches) infested. It is a sanctuary for pigeons. As soon as you enter the balcony, you will be greeted with pigeon poop, every single day.On the bright side, the apartments are big and spacious.We terminated our contract within 11 months of staying here (11 long months).

Great location and nice spacious apartments will all modern amenities.
