Decent Apartment with good amenities. Nice swimming pool.

Not suitable for families. Maintenance is very poor, parking is a big issue. Cockroach is every where . Elevators are always not working

Most floors are under Maintenance since 2019.very noisy, very busy recently with sharing, daily, monthly renting.not recommended at all if you have a family or need to stay long

Good tower. The new management is taking care of the building, they recently renovated the gym, swimming pool and common areas. Chiller is included with DEWA

From their maintenance staff to the owners of Zenith A1 everyone has been a true pleasure to have known and associated with. A true gem in sports city, if your considering your next home Zenith group wont ever dissapoint. Avoid it..or you well regretting laterSuffering In Zenith Building Moved here in 2014, living with family with children.Positives: Nothing.Negatives: Cockroaches, poor finishing and no maintenance and Air conditionings.I have been suffering for more than one year, Cockroaches, poor finishing and no maintenance, ACs are designed in a stupid way which make it cool max. to 27 degree so the ACs are not able to switch off because the temperature will never reach 24, thus the DEWA bill is always higher than average. they are using the security staff as a maintainance staff, so they dont have any knowledge about maintainance, leakage of water is everywhere in the bathrooms and kitchens, the main water tank has exploded in October 2016 which affected the whole building. all materials are very cheap thats why you will always have problems, also they hired the most cold people ever to answer tenants phone calls they dont care if you have emergency or any issue, they will just tell you to send an email and they never respond unless you go and fight in their office, I have been in Dubai since 3 years and never faced such bad building with such price.

The residential tower in dubai but having a condominium complex with gym pool and health center. parking outside is very difficult.

The worst building in Dubai ever, bad management, no maintenance, and lots of cockroaches

• Ive been there for 3 months and the pool is still under maintenance• Regular water cuts• Only 2 and sometimes 3 elevators work out of 4• Very uncourteous staff.Ps: The most important thing when you cant provide good service is to be kind and courteous to customers.I even had to take evidence of how I am being treated when speaking to reception staff!Please take all this into account and improve your services.
