The only place I would stay at in Downtown Dubai. Best facilities, swimming pool, barbeque area, sauna, gym, lounge room. Well trained and helpful concierge. Prime location (1st building from the iconic Burj Khalifa, easy to get in, easier to get out, beats the traffic). Truly walkable to Metro station (unlike other buildings that claim that but are too far). First building from Dubai Mall too. A few cafes in the building. Gorgeous views of the Boulevard. Very well designed building. I always rent here short-term when in Dubai. Best deals! Most comfortable and happy place.

Good building and located walking distance to Dubai Mall and Metro. But very noisy especially from luxury car from the Sheik Blvd. almost every night all the time.

The location is great but the apartments are not of the required standard and need maintenance, cleanliness and refurbishing of furniture and appliances .. so there is no Qibla direction which caused me trouble to search .. For example I got an apartment with a washing machine broken ..
