I have tried their most selling item the double checkin burger as recommended by their staff, it’s good, but was much better when added the extra spicy 🌶 sauce, the small fried chicken pieces is really nice, unfortunately that famous grilled chicken needed 50 minutes waiting, so I did not try, for sure I will come again to try it, the staff are super polite and welcoming and are very friendly with the kids.

Nice place. Very polite staff. Love their chicken with great smoked flavor and it was super tender . Bondi burger was normal.

As close as I’ll get to home this year Oporto is famous for it’s deliciously lightly crumbed chicken inside burgers and wraps with tasty sauces. My favorite is the Oprego sauce. They also have CHICKEN SALT for your chips. The only thing missing is SOLO soft drink!

I ordered bondi chicken burger it was delicious , but the chicken rappa was normal.

Good fast food restaurant at Dubai festival city. Good services, I liked the French fries, was soooo good. The chicken wrap sandwich was yummy.

The first ever store opened in Dubai in March this year. The parent store is in Bondi Beach, Australia. They serve Portuguese style cooking with amazing flavors.We had Double Bondi Burger, a signature dish with their original chilli oil.Chilli Cheese Fries, overloaded with chilli oil and cheese.Flame Grilled Chicken with pita bread, garlic dip and pickles with lemon herb basting.Chicken RappSnacker, this is is a wrap with grilled chicken pieces with lettuce and dressing.The food was excellent and delicious. The ambience was comforting with colorful decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Overall we had a great weekend lunch.

We were invited to a tasting that consists of Oporto’s bests and it was DELICIOUs. The original sauce just had the right amount of spice.

Excellent service & atmosphere.Chicken pieces seasoning was spicy as mentioned.The burger how ever was very basic and not spicy at all as requested. Had better from fast food joints.Also the food potion provided was not worth for the money spent.

Both me and my wife ordered the Bundi burger as it was recommended by the waitress however, it wasn’t good at all and had a strange taste to it. Also we ordered the jalapeño bites which was like eating into wood, it was the strangest jalapeño bites I have ever tasted.I really had high hopes when I saw the reviews but was truly shocked with the taste I wish they improve.

Now that was some experience. We were a bit late but the staff was still able to serve us well. One of the most delicious flame grilled chicken and that too at an amazing price. Everything was very fresh. The peta bread came straight from the oven and their signature hot sauce was one of the best. Keep up the good work. I will visit again when I am really starving.

Quarter chicken was good, fries good, airy and very relaxed seating, friendly staff, quick service.The vegan burger wasnt that good.

Kind of a different taste, some may like some may not..but still food is good and the customer service is excellent

The waitress did her job and promoted the oporto app which offers a free Bondi burger when you purchase for 20 AED.After wasting 10 to 15 minutes trying to download the app, employees have informed us that our Apple store had to be set to the UAE market.An Employee tried to change the location of the Apple store which is impossible when you have credit already.Management didn’t try to do anything to recover the incident.I didn’t it end up using the application and everything was a waste of time.When you want to promote an application you have to make sure that it works for all customers Otherwise do not promoted and waste customers time.Order came wrong.I spoke to the manager to bring to her attention the shortfalls, she didn’t even inquire my name or mobile number all she had to say is sorry and hope to see you back.

We have ordered bondai , and chicken rapa.Bondai is delicious but chicken rapa wasnt as the picture in the menu. It looks like subway sandwich peri peri chicken

Excellent food and service, Bondi burger is the Hit in this restaurant. Everyone in my family liked it. Also the Chicken Cheese burger. Thank you for all the staffs specially Vanessa who suggested us the Bondi Burger. We will come back again

The sandwich didnt have taste at all as i was eating plain chicken. I dont recommand this place, service wasnt good in the resturant.

I was so happy to see oporto that i use to eat in Australia was so good the price is higher then australia as it was but it was like restaurant nice cozy place i like it the food taste was so good they change the menu but the bondi burger was same

You cant beat this place when it comes to terrible service. There is no clarity to their customers on what must be done prior entering the restaurant.In this part of the world we are so used to being served at tables especially in a diner concept resto.Firstly, upon entering there was no one to attend (ok its a friday evening and understand its busy time) then when a lady realized we are waiting to be attended too (because it sort off looked full from the outside and being covid, we waited at the entrance) she then asked table for how many and places us at a table. Ok the table didnt look really clean and the sofa area had crumbs on its , we then didnt want to be annoying customer and cleaned it ourself with the tissue Pack i had in my bag and used a bit of the sanitizing bottle on the table.Then we are kept waiting for someone to come to us - generally thats what a customer would expect BUT HEY NO! we litterally were waiting to see anyone around to attend and notice their servers going around but not bothered to ask if we wanted some help. Anyways, not to over exaggerate but we then litterally had to voice ourselves out to ask and then the guy would say oh you need to place your order at the counter, we dont take orders at table Oookaaay!!!! fine!!!!would have appreciated that this information was told to us at start prior entering the restaurant by their staff.Secondly, its funny to see how a restaurant like this doesnt offer bottomless refill for coke, sprite, fanta.Funnily when asked one of the staff had said Yes we can do you a favor and give and then when actually wanted a refill it was like oh sorry you have to pay another AED 12 for a drinkThirdly, we had to keep asking (ok this was really annoying)We had to ask for plates, for cutlery for extra tissues and there was also no condiments or sauce at the table!!!!!Fourthly, the food was good no doubt about it and the rating was only for the food and sadly would have loved to give more but with poor management and lack of customer service skills from the staff you cant expect this restaurant run here in Dubai/UAE.After we were done we honestly wanted to sarcastically ask the restaurant if they wanted their customers to even wash the dishes we used... to such low scale service we were being offered..The ladies in the restaurent a filipino and an african origin lady were the only shining stars and were kind and friendly but the rest were just bluntly absurd , rude or didnt care to serve or attend since we were brown skin customers..I would rather ask them to go with an IKEA concept - take in your own tray slide in counter to counter to get what you want to order and then lastly pay at the end for what you have in your tray ....Done!!! life is so simple!!!Change your management style in serving customers!!!!OH Porto is just a OH No Porto with a BAD SERVICE

Finally OPORTO in Dubai, Most waited and i was so surprised the moment i saw the restaurant. From the entrance i was greeted and welcomed by a great staff and assisted well. A great Portuguese cuisine on my table, OPREGO BURGER... The taste and the feel of Aussie. Many thanks for the person who prepared it. Also i should not forget Vanessa the pretty lady who assisted me, well knowledge and so assistive and Im so grateful and thankful for a kind and helpful service. Keep smiling :)

Had the chance to try their portuguese style grilled chicken and did not regret it. I tried their half chicken box combo which includes 2 sides. The chicken was juicy and tasty. You have 4 choices of bastings. Had a great meal and on top of that, i received a free Bondi Burger and it was awesome too. Will definitely come back.

It was a bad experience. Their food was not that great beside the bread was not fresh.

The food is much less than expected.. the meals lack taste and sauce / service is very bad, there is no waitress constantly present in the dining area.. you have to order kleenex, clean the table, order ketchup and fork and everything from them so you can get these must-haves It is basically available on the table.I will not visit again..

The taste of the burger is strange because it has no flavor, just chicken with cold sauce and potatoes with sugar!!?!?!
