Tasty chicken, tasty garlic sauce. Nice variety of healthy chicken options, charcoal grilled chicken is yummy. Finding a parking can be frustrating. But its worth it. Recommended.

I am in keto diet and i just have one meal a day, one of my friends suggested me the JJ chicken,So I decided to try it, today at 10:43 pm I ordered a half charcoal chicken, hummus, lentil soup.The soup was perfect, but the charcoal chicken is not good the issue it was not cooked well from inside, the out side was ok.Hummus not good at all, It seems to be old (m7med).The staff was friendly and ground was clean.chairs need to be clean many stains.I didn’t complain to the staff since I was so tired and not in mood to argue with any one.Over all not good experience Especially when you compare it to the high price.

I ordered Charcoal full chicken OMG such a disaster never ever I wanna recommend for any one . It’s grill ,dried tastelessness chicken they grilled it and then kept in charcoal . Delivered within 15 minutes. It looks like yesterday left over chicken re grilled . Please don’t do this to customers no tasty no quality no spices it’s just dried chicken

Packaging is awesome, but there was no any spices on chicken tast, I felt like it’s grilled only with salt not even pepper.

Ordered online and it came in the next 35 mins to DIC. The fries are still crispy and the chicken is still hot. Overall I’m pleased.

Ordered the boneless chicken platter - it was great! Quick delivery time, food arrived hot. The fries travelled well (they stayed crispy) and they were well seasoned. The chicken portion was very generous and it was also well seasoned and full of flavour. It was nice and juicy, but also crispy on the edges - delicious!! The garlic sauce is really strong but if you like garlic (and I do!) youll enjoy it.Definitely recommend, would absolutely order again.

Fast delivery of food. But the rates are not worth the qty and taste. Salads are basic and didnt seem too fresh. The service at the restaurant is very poor as well. No one was available to ask for extra sauce, bread etc. Not worth the hype.

These guys are professionals... The grill chicken taste is awesome, but what is more important for me is that when u deal with these guys. Its 100% you be happy, i made about 30 orders from media city, and delivery timing is always accurate. Taste is 95% always the same never overcooked or undercooked... Keep the good work guys.

DONT ORDER YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED - Poor Service.. for the third time in a raw orders get messed up (even though im ordering online) they still manage somehow to mess things up and forget to deliver the full order. Always expect a missing sandwich and a plate and after you pay them and realize food is missing.. they will just apologize and mentioning they wont be able to send the rest of the food before 2 hrs since they are busy.. (who cares about customers satisfaction.. all what matters is that they have the money for things they didnt deliver) plus once you complain you will have to talk to all the staff before the raise the issue - DONT ORDER YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

The worst customer service in the country. Pretty much every time I ordered home delivery, they missed up my order and they didn’t care. They sent me hummus instead of fries. I called them to ask them to send the fries. They said it wasn’t their fault ( which definitely was as the guy on the phone wrote it wrong) then after arguing with them they said they would send the fries. I live 4 minutes away from the branch. I wanted to speak to the manager but they said he was busy! Anyway, Fries came after 1 hour!! And guess what! They wanted the hummus back! I did not want their hummus but the fact that they asked for it back just shows you how unprofessional and cheap they are. Not to mention that there grilled chicken was oily too. If there was minus stars, I would have chosen that.

Very famous place for healthy food lovers.They do serve healthy food over here which charcoal grilled and even they makes their own sauces.Quality of the food is excellent over here only the problem is that the food is quite expensive and there is a wait time if you are coming during the peak time of Restaurant.Very much recommended place to visit atleast once for their food and not for anything else.

Delivery times can vary but the chicken here is beautifully done - not too dry and not greasy at all. The sandwiches are great, as are the platters. Fries need improvement as theyre all soggy when delivered. Pickles are a nice touch.

Best grilled chicken in UAE

I have arrived for dine-in, sat there for so long and no body arrived to serve me or take my order. Once I stepped to the counter. I was asking about the JJ and Rez meal and what it consist of, and the receptionist is telling me abt a completely different order. Regardess, i made the order, while i was fasting. When the food arrived i was devastated with the quality. The chicken breasts were grilled at high heat. The vegetables were burnt and everything was sinking in oil. I swear there was a half the distant of the chicken breast of oil. I was so hungry that i had to eat the first chicken breast while i could feel the uncooked texture of the chicken. But i couldnt force myself to eat the second. So, i went to the waiter and explained to her that its uncooked. She took the plate and i thought she would sort it out. But, she took the breast and grilled it again!!! How can u call your selves specialists and regrill the chicken???!!!! That moment, i left the place disappointed highly because i also spent so much time to look for a parking in the area while it was so crowded. I dont recommend this place at all and i hope u restore ur service and previousquality of food. Thank you.

They have an inconsistent taste. When i tried it for the first time 3 months back the taste was amazing (esp. Shish Taowk meal). However last weekend I went with my wife and child the overall experience was unpleasant and following are my reviews:1. We ordered Shish Towk meal and JJ special Sandwich. I must make it clear that the food was freshly made but I felt that the shish towk was not upto the mark (not like my first visit). The taowk cubes seamed to be watery for some reason and the JJ special sandwitch was not tasteful too because of the shredded chicken in it.2. The presentation of the food is below par.3. We took our 1 year old baby too, however the restaurant did not have any baby chairs to accommodate her.I used to highly rate JJ Chicken, but my last visit was very unpleasant due to the above reasons.

I think whats missing is for JJ chicken to start charging people for napkins and cutlery .. cant get greedier than that which wasnt the case when they first opened but obviously after the money now, food quality isnt as good as before and anything you ask for there has to be an extra charge, considering that you are already paying more expensive than other places for small HALF BREAST of chicken.
