I used my entertainer for the buy 1 get 1 expecting chicken was a small portion but when I received my order it’s good for one people taste is good and chicken is fresh there staff is too accommodating thanks jj sure I will recommend this to my friends 😉

It is a small kiosk on the kite beach . I tried the shish tawook and the shawarma . Both were good and tasty . They have nice seatings outside and it is good to eat there at night . Sometimes they do nice offers on talabat and it worth to check these offers.The service was good and the team was friendly .

Mix Platter is good, chicken breast a little too dry but the rest was fantastic

Today I’ve had the worst experience at JJ after more than 5 years eating at this place, 25 min to get 2 sandwiches while the traffic was very normal and not too many people were in queue. And to make it worse, when I told the guy that I’ve been waiting for 20 min already to get 2 sandwiches, he did actually check if I was there for 20 min or not! Seriously!!! Why would I lie to you man!

Checken Burger with blue cheese was good, shawarma is too dry, no sauce or veggies inside. Cooking time is tooo long!!!

As a regular JJs customer, this branch just does not meet deliver on quality standards. Ive eaten here twice over the past 2 months (the second time was an attempt to give this branch another chance), and both times was served dry and tasteless chicken. Its a shame considering how amazing JJs food generally is, even on Kite Beach itself when they used to operate out of a bigger kitchen at their old restaurant. I dont even consider ordering from here anymore despite passing by multiple times while walking down Kite Beach, its just disappointing.

I drove to have a meal at JJ chicken and I arrived at 9:31pm and the lady at the cashier gave an attitude and said they close at 9:30pm ... and clearly it says that u close at 10PM ... however; if u want to close at 9:30 say it and make it clear that u guys will close at 9:30 don’t let us drive having in mind that closes at 10PM to have a meal and then the lady decided to close at 9:30 ... that’s very disrespectful

The food is very nice but I have to say worst customer service ever did not know anything about the menu ... it’s like your doing them a huge favor by ordering food there ...they said something wasn’t available but the way it was said was very rude. I think as a paying customer eating in the seating area you should have access to wifi they also said wifi is just for staff. I think they should know what the restaurant is offering when asking what something is on the menu they have no idea and when you go to order they don’t even acknowledge you are they they are just talking to eachother.

Worst Shawerma i have ever tasted. Chicken Shawerma comes from central kitchen and gets reheated on order. If i can give 0 star I would.

I used to love JJ chicken and order on weekly bases last year. It tasted the most fresh and clean. Unfortunately this year, I have heard negative comments and so I stayed away from ordering. But today I really wanted to give it a try and I received what I will upload as an image. A chicken breast that when poked feels like a hard muscle, and chews like it was frozen and microwaved and I hope thats the case only because it is horrific to even imagine what type of chicken it could be. I think if a restaurant no longer is under supervision or manager properly or kept in good quality it should shut down. This is critical.

I didnt try food I spend 10 min explaining to cashier what I want verbally and simply by pointing in the menu at what I want she doesnt look and ordered me something else then the menu is not clear on what you will pay

This joint should tick all the boxes and be an absolute hit as its got everything going for it. Sadly its let down by the one thing that should be its stand out feature - the chicken. Read on to find out why...The good: great location on the beach front and set away from rabble of other joints. Ample comfortable seating and reasonably efficient staff as food was prepared quick.The bad: the chicken whilst cooked properly was teetering on being bland and tasteless, as if no marination or seasoning exists. Unfortunately once youve tasted the king of grilled chicken (nandos) you really have to up your game and at least offer some different flavoured options.The ugly: as i finished my meal a staff member ask me twice to place my trash in the provided bin. I would have done this anyway and dont have a problem doing it but the manner in which it was done was distasteful. And then to top it all off as i head to the bin another staff comes and takes my tray and cleans up. Poor staff attitude isnt gonna do this joint any favours.A sour end to a mediocre dining experience.

The chicken taste nothing no salt no seasoning but eat able. The fries and the garlic sauce is so yumy! I ordered a drink and it wasnt cold and not fizzy I got new one when I complained but it wasnt cold eather so skip the drink if u want a cold drink. Generellt ok place not more or less

The chicken tastes good, clean and well grilled. the Mayo garlic they serve with the chicken is amazing. their flagship dish is the grilled chicken breast, taste good and not dry, and it is served with green salad.Value for money at JJ chicken is ok, the average spend per person is around AED 35-40.

The girl on the counter needs to have some training. When we asked for some questions about the sandwiches she turned to her colleagues and rolled her eyes.. is it a way of treating customers ? We chose your truck out of all other trucks. But never again. Disappointing behaviour.

Fries where cold. Should always be made fresh. First time here too. Shame. Had high expectations

Bought shawerma platter and french fries on kite beach. Food is awful, chicken pieces were like plastic, were cooked and heated so many times, fries was soaking in oil. Disgusting...

Awesome chicken, healthy food on the beach. I didnt want a greasy burger or fried food, their chicken is charcoal grilled and you can really taste it. The garlic dip is phenomenal.

You guys lost me as a customer for good. Two times I go to the one at Kite Beach before 10pm (once 9.30 and the other 9.40) and they tell me they are closed. I even called your call center before and they said last order anytime before 10pm. You guys have a lot to figure out

Most dilicious Shawarma in Dubai for me.. You only have to ask them to overheat it..Price is too good and the place is by the beach and so simple

The shawarma was OK, not really good nor bad. They pick up orders and deliver it directly while you are at the beach.

Juicy, moist 1/2 chicken meal. Great for iftar or sharing, if you are feeling generous.

Better KFC is than here!The grill is not very tasty. The wings were fried in oil that needs to be thrown away for a long time.I do not recommend it.
