Food sucks and taste horrible. It feels like it was from week back

I told them to make it well done but the chicken inside was not cooked properly and gave cold meal

They serve quick.. i specifically love the chicken.. perfectly cooked and if u are a fan of spicy food.. then you might like the taste here.. Staff is nice and Friendly 😍🥰

Just few minutes ago I have ordered Texas latest Avocado flat bread. Surprisingly this is what I got, the 2nd picture. I couldnt even find where is that avocado that was highted in the poster. Very much disappointed ☹️. When I went back to check about the same, the staff told me that we have sprinkled the avocado which wont be visible . Then you could print in the same that invisible Avocado sprinkled flat bread. I think then it might do justice to the fellow customers. Thank you Texas for such a wonderful idea.

Great taste and now they have offer of 3 piece chicken with fries for AED 12....I would choose texas chicken over any other chicken shoos

The chicken was horrible... And uncooked🤮.. when we informed the same to their team. His response was nothing but to add one more piece in the same plate and hand over to us... He never had a courtesy to say sorry or pacify us.... We wr really disappointed...With the way we wr treated....I never had such experience in all the years I spent in this wonderful place dubai...I never want to suggest people going to this outlet ...

I love this place.I like KFC s well, and I feel this is good competition to other fastfoods of its kind.Tight budget try their twin meal, if not try their individual meal filling, tasty and fun.(This is not good for people who watch their diet)

I like this facility of TEXAS Chicken for it location, which is not deep down the streets and is on the way. It is not a huge facility but you may find suitable place to dine in most of the time. The staff is very active.

Soo disappointed with our order, the cashier ask to wait 6 mins, we waited for 10 mins already... then we went back to ask how many mins more to wait, then the cashier gave us the old cook chicken.. it was taste soo bad, the french fries seems cook 3 hours beforeeeee. how horrible was that?

The food quality is poor and the oil is filling the chicken. I will never try again

Very poor service. After waiting for 30 minutes for a single order, the Texas staff missed one of the ordered item in the delivery kit which we came to know after reaching home. Called their land line many times but no response.

The place is somewhat inaccessible from the DFC area, though yhe food is good. the crew is the biggest problem: one.of.them.is ahouting on the other like.no cusyomers are present and the manager is just listening.

Food quality was good. However , I have to wait for 25 minutes for my order!
