Biggest scam I’ve seen so far… I seen this place on entertainer phone says they are A restaurant and there is no restaurant whatsoever just a cafeteria inside a building doing deliveries! I walked 35 minutes to get here and when I got here they are telling me I cannot use entertainer I have to pay full price this was a very big disappointment as I looked at the reviews and seen good reviews I’m gonna give them a one star and hopefully nobody will come here unless you were looking for take away and paying full price

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7yrs and have spent literal thousands with them. Unfortunately their recent performance has been disgustingly bad. They’ve gone from sending appreciation packages to literally ignoring you while you wait 1.5hrs for an order that was estimated to take 30mins.To top it all off? Their website ordering system that they’ve been promoting so much? It doesn’t even update properly....

If you want to have straight to the point grilled chicken meal then u should try JJs ,Clean tasty neat chicken hormone free grain feed and halal ,Served in a very presentable way ,I have ordered half chicken with coleslaw salad total bill is 53 DHS ,You can order online directly from their website

JJ chicken is good restaurant but there no have parking for bike riders when I go there security to much problem plz solve this issue thanks

Ordered from here many times and loved it. Recommend the whole charcoal grilled chicken. The garlic sauce that comes with it is super tasty and a big portion. Shawarma was good too. Bonus is that the fries are also tasty.

DERLIVERY 👎NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, This the 4th or 5th time in a row we ordered to our office 3 time through delivery apps and now we order in the phone with JJ call center .. we always recieve the chicken COLD and little burned ... although the taste is amazing... this last order today was missing Coleslaw salad and I dont eat it without the colseslae salad ... and last time was so hot that was tasting bad... all what we want is for them to double check each order before they dispatch for delivery and make sure all items are in the order they sent to people .... I knownit is a Coleslaw salad problem that triggered my bad 2 star review but it is more important for me than the chicken it self... even I called and complain to their call center but they did not yet send the Coleslaw and did not even bother at all ... we will never order again ... and guys if you order make sure to to give them instruction about the cold temperature of the order and that all items should be there...

I’m a regular customer of JJ chicken Barsha branch but today I ordered from marina brand and it’s a completely different portion / taste / ingredients ( same chicken avocado salad order)

Was a great place to order from, now the chicken is oily and dry, I dont understand why oil is being put on grilled chicken!

Worse experience thus far in Dubai, Ordered 2.5hours ago no food, called 6 times, 3 promised call backs to no avail apparently a manger will call me this also hasnt happened. To be charged and receive no food, no help is utterly disappointing if only I was able to get some sort of compensation but just a complete waste of time. I advise you just steer clear if you are hungry.
