Ordered 2 piece chicken then this is what I get. The manager even laughed when I commented that the chicken is like the size of nuggets. PLEASE MAINTAIN THE JOLLIBEE THAT WE LOVE. Serve what is right.

If you are a Filipino and you went to Mall of the Emirates, you will be given 2 choices when it comes to food to eat: 1. Jollibee and 2. others. Well, in my case at least. It doesnt matter what others will say about it because Jollibee is a taste of home. It will always be close to my heart. Spaghetti is on the sweet side, yes. But thats how we like it. Thats how our family will cook it during special occasions like birthdays and Christmas. Where back at home, an average household struggle to make ends meet but will manage to save up to have a taste of the pasta that we made our own, to make the day extra special. Chicken joy will also bring back happy memories of far simpler days. Every bite of the crispy skin and juicy chicken meat feels like a warm hug to your soul. Whenever you see a Kabayan eating at Jollibee at the end of the day, smile back. Because after what theyve been through that day, they just want to feel like they are home. And they deserve it. You do too.

I was saddened☹️ by the fact that Jollibee MOE has served the substandard chicken which is really small, (i thought it was a chick) and take note, at lunch time no food ready on display, its seems that everything is MTO, that time i was with another Filipino lady comparing JB MOE to BURJUMAN, and she said “ang tagal naman ng order, bagal ng serbisyo” (the duration of the order, slow service!)

Satisfied my craving for Jolli Spaghetti!The Jolli Spaghetti serving is really small so order two for one person!i love the chicken joy and the gravy - tried the spicy chicken joy but preferred the original one in the end.Felt like the Jolli hotdog had too much bread - so it overpowered everything else as the hotdog bun was thickMy boyfriend enjoyed the Double Cheese Yum Burger (said it was even better than Five Guys) and he liked the Original Yum Burger (said it was small though)We ordered from Deliveroo and it came in just on time!Tasted like it does in the Philippines

Jollibee is one of my favorites in Mall of Emirates, very good customer service and delivers food on time.

I am a big fan of fried chicken, so my friend recommended to try Jollibee and we just went there. I was amazed by the number of people that were standing in the queue although i have never even noticed this place before. The fried chicken is tons yummy and had a nice breading on top. I like the way that they devide their bucket into two when you order a mix of spicy and normal chicken. I am used to garlic paste with chicken but they serve an amazing gravy sauce.They also have a nice quick spaghetti but I did not like their burgers.No after food effects 😉

I ordered around 10:30 am. As per their online portal, estimated delivery is 90 mins. I kept waiting past their estimated delivery time. I followed up at 12:42 pm (122 mins) and the call center agent said it was on the way already. After 5 mins, the delivery boy called me regarding my location. It arrived at 1:05 pm (155 mins).The food was soggy, cold and almost spilled out of its packaging.I ordered thrice this month and same scenario - you need to follow up and you need to allot time for delivery (maximum of 2hrs delivery)It was not a good experience - no calls alerting you that the food will be delivered late and also the food delivered was not even in good condition

I stopped by after a long time because I remembered eating it while traveling to the 🇵🇭Philippines.But today I ordered 🇦🇪Eid al-Fitr Holiday because there were a lot of people in the food code, but I didnt even give the chicken sauce, and the 🍗chicken was also cold.I was disappointed because the chicken was stiff and difficult to eat.But the 🍝spaghetti was edible.I dont think I will visit next time...

No place to be but at jollibee , last night suprisingly the spaghetti was not as expected , It was a little overcooked good thing sauce cover it , the jolly hotdog love it so much last night . always put up your guard always ... protect the good all jollibee standard that we know... :)

Ordered a crispy chicken burger from here. In terms of taste my wife loves the place because of the spice levels in the burger. Also the delivery reached us on time. Prices are also affordable.

I order only Im waiting for 5hrs but my order did not come. .I call the no .one guys told me to call me back but no one call me . And went I call again they not answering the phone. .worse delivery.

I visited Jollibee for a buy one get one offer found on the Etisalat smiles app. Food quality and taste exceeded my expectation. Staffs are polite and very helpful.

Avoid for delivery. 1.5hrs of waiting and the driver is still on the way. Terrible customer service as well, they tell you they will call you back and never do. Never order from Jolilbee for delivery its a complete waste of time.

Very unprofessional. They just suddenly cancelled our order after more than 1 hour of waiting for our lunch. If the branch cannot manage the number of orders then stop accepting it than letting others wait for their food to be delivered and end up having no food.

Just visited Jollibee MOE for breakfast. Food was served fast and freshly cooked. Staffs were cheerful and pleasant.Always a satisfying meal at Jollibee.

Ordered food for 15 people for Christmas Lunch at the office through Zomato. After 2,5h I call to follow up with Zomato who informs me their driver is waiting at the location and that the food is delayed. I ask if this really is the case as it doesnt take 2,5h to prepare Jollibee chicken. They tell me all is okay and that I can expect the food shortly.After 3,5h I call again and Im now being informed the order is cancelled since the driver had to leave to do some other orders. They didnt bother calling me so the entire Christmas Lunch is now cancelled as there is no food...I contact the Jollibee branch for an update from them. They inform me that they delivered the food to the driver and he left a long time ago. I call Zomato again and ask them why they lie to their customers, but their feedback is just Thank you for your feedback we really appreciate thisI dont know whos lying in this case, but the Christmas office lunch is now cancelled so thanks a lot for this

The worst branch of Jollibee is in MOE. Serving is small and staff are rude!

Horrible restaurant honestly, I order food via zoomato, they did not prepare the food, I ordered at 5.15 pm, now its 7.36 pm, and I did not get my food until now, so do not order from here, unless you are willing to wait for 3 or 5 or 6 hours or one week maybe

Poor delivery service. Order was confirmed at 10:26pm and food was delivered at 00:15am. I got a call at 10:59pm to inform that card machine is not working so i have to pay by cash and the delivery guy is on the way. I went down to find atm machine to withdraw cash. I keep waiting and following up. I called 3 times to follow-up and they keep saying they will call me back. No call back at all....

My order is incomplete my drinks is gone!!! I pay for this as additional!!!! This is ridiculous

Ordered 1 pc. chicken with burger steak and macaroni soup, chicken meal served no rice, macaroni soup too salty.

The food quality has change and the delivery option is getting worse, from the waiting period of 1 hour it becomes 2 hour, and today after promising us 2 hours delivery time, me and my colleagues are shaking because of hunger 3 hours of waiting. please do something with this issue.

I just ordered a chickenjoy meal from Jollibee today and it was delivered fast and hot! Around 30 minutes!! 😍 Whenever I feel hungry and lazy to cook, Jollibee is my go-to. I call and is assured the food will be delivered fast. My faves are chickenjoy (spicyyy!), spaghetti, float, macaroni soup! Hope they bring palabok here soon! 🙏As for the quality of the food, it is still as tasty and enjoyable as I can remember. Keep up the great job guys and thank you sooo much for bringing a part of home here in the Middle East! ❤❤❤P.S. no food photos this time. I consumed it as soon as it arrived😅😅😋❤
