No long line for indoor eating, but busy preparing for uber eats, careem etc.

The worst outlet to visit service was poor order was served after more then 20 min with over fried broasted chicken..I have asked them to replace my order but it was of no use because after wating for more 20min I have got same over fried chicken in front of me..Air conditioning was not working and even the store was not clean..Over all worst experience.

I had ate their burgers which was good.....but tried their fried chicken the first time......it was not worth it don’t know because if we were late .....most the chicken was not cooked properly & tasted awful....the dips too was not satisfying.....maybe next time i will try once again & hopefully they would help me rewrite this review with giving well cooked ones

Im sorry to say thats really a bad experience.I dont know whether its the chicken thats not cooked properly or its been expired or something. It was half cooked and had to spit something out after taking a bite.. never had such a nasty experience in a Texas chicken outlet anywhere in Dubai. Please ignore this outlet at all cost probably you can try the burger king restaurant which is right nearby this one.

The cashier lady is very rude her name is Aisha as per the bill and she had a very bad attitude as if she is doing a favour by taking the order, the jalapeno bombers we got were uncooked from the inside and had a funny smell and this is not the first time we are coming here, request Texas chicken to improve their food and train their staff

Had order crunchy chicken trio deal. The burger buns were too dry with no cheese and stuffings in it, lettuce was not fresh and the quality of the chicken was very poor - less meat with more of the outer layer crust, never had those kind of fries not juicy at all... Please dont go for it.. Never expected such kind of quality from a burger shop like Texas Chicken.

Had a meal with chicken PCs and drinks. Spicy chicken is toooo spicy and had diarrhea next morning. Drinks are diluted more , had to drink thinking as plain soda...

The food packaging was super and the delivery was impressed with the fast arrival. Better quality for the amount that we pay comparing to the other fried chicken restaurants.

Same great taste but sometimes annoyingly slow service by the staff. Made us wait for about 30mins just for 2 price cruncher meal and 2 tender wraps.

As someone else mentioned, they have offers not shown on the menu so you can ask them about it. Very busy branch so expect to wait for some time. The wraps and jalapeño sauce are the best there. Food and service was good.

Just bought two sandwiches from them now .. there are surprisingly working even through it said they open at 10 am but i was there at 9:39.I COULD CLEARLY SEE THE GALLEY WHERE THE PERSON WHO MADE MY SANDWICHES WAS MASHING OR STIRRING SOMETHING in A BOWL AND HE HAD NO GLOVE ON THE HAND HE WAS USING FOR STIRRING.The lady on the counter asked him if he added the onion to my sandwich and he said yes.. so i wonder did he make my sandwich with or without gloves..Just thought I would note that here for you and just in case I suffer anything later 🤦🏻‍♂️

Ordered via the texas chicken website. Called the customer service number after an hour and they couldnt find my order in their system. After being transferred 3 times to a number that just kept ringing with no answer I was finally told that due to system error the offer wasnt sent to the restaurant. Its times like these that makes me wish google had an option for no stars

Located at very convenient place for dubai resident. The 3 pcs chicken, boneless chicken, tex supreme and french fries is crispy and yummy in taste. Price is moderate.

Their some of staff like Hazel are customer oriented & other like Karuna are totally opposite with no customer service. In my order she missed to put any ketchup or sauces ordered at extraa price with 3 piece chicken ordered. On requesting she just gave me 2 tomato ketchup only without any right ordered smokehause sauce.Also ordered chicken was too much oily & also chicken wasnt clean properly.

Fried chicken is delicious. I just love their jalapeno sauce. Make sure that you have all the ordered items in your bag when you choose take away. Twice they forgot to keep the extra sauce which I have ordered

Ordered for a meal... They tried calling me. After 2 calls they decided to hold on to the order until 1 hour. I called them back and they say thats its their policy to call back. It was a good decision not to pay online or else I would have lost my money. If somethings ordered online just deliver it, it was not the first time...

They are relatively expensive, but they have good offers.Their chicken is quite bland, very oily and often not cleaned well. However, I feel they have the best sandwiches compared to most fried chicken fast food joints.

I picked up Texas chicken from the enoc outlet in Al ghusais last evening. The children tasted dry and brittle. As though it was stale chicken refried and packed. Never again will I eat Texas chicken. Very poor quality.

Customer service at counters are very poor. Take away delivery is too late.During this pandemic situation inside the shop all the delivery boys were inside which is not good. It was too rush inside.Counter people dont know to handle customer they were very rude.

Broasted chicken is a very tricky choice to make .Tried both spicy and regular - I found the chicken with bone pieces to be dry, flavour less and a bit greasy . I felt to have a lot of water or fizzy drinks .There is one thing I love here the honey biscuits - trust me you will need to buy a few more extra .With regards to the choice between the industry leader and Texas - I prefer the uncle any time .👍If you love Texas chicken

To be true i have a mix review for them, some of the branches have really good and fresh stock and even in all ur visits ull get proper hot n fresh food. Similarly some branches they serve like you are asking for a free food.

I often come here to get a snack. They run a variety of offers throughout the year which offer great customer value. Have taken advantage of their 3-piece chicken for AED 10 multiple times. Also Carrefour often prints coupons that offer two sandwiches for a discounted price.Taste wise, I honestly think they are starting to get better than KFC. Their pieces are not too big thus you dont get that chunky tasteless flavor. Pieces are usually hot and fresh in this location.
