Food was great. Cajun chicken sandwich was delicious. Fries were good. Will definitely order again!

I ordered 3pcs combo meal and 10pcs shrimp for takeout. I asked them for ably 1 pc of leg but when I reached home and opened the box I received 2 PCs of leg and a small Pc of breast. Also the shrimps were too small. I will never recommend anyone to buy Popeyes. It’s a total scam. And the service was not that happy when I told them about the leg.

Terrible location with terrible service. Ordered 3 meals for delivery and I even tipped the driver before going upstairs with my meal to find out one of the meals was missing.I called back the location to only to be integrated about my order, they offered absolutely no solution to this problem only to be told they are investigating. Waste of my money and time, STAY AWAY from these THIEVES !

Love their potato fries.Last time the delivery took 2 hours for just across the road. The call center repeated in 10minutes for last one hour. Started, on the way and then not picking up and delivery came after two hours of ordering. They should have informed and we could have picked up. Childrens just kept nagging for food.

I had a disappointing dine in experience at this branch for dine in since the ac wasnt working and other factors and hope they fixed it however this review is updated based on delivery to my house via zomato order recently. To begin with the prices were economical, more than dine in due to Zomato offers and delivery also was on time. We order the butterfly shrimp tackle box and 2 individual pieces chicken. They tasted excellent and overall was great value for money. Will update about the ac/dine in on my next visit and update review.

Tried popeyes from Reef mall. Honestly I m huge fan of fried chicken generally. Because of the offer deal which is displayed at the mall entrance made me to check Popeyes.It was not a bad decision. Got 2 piece fried chicken, Mineral water ( or Pepsi ) and Kabsa rice ( or white rice ) 14 AED. The chicken was very crispy. But somewhat salty taste. I m a fan of original taste rather than salty or spice. Well fried one. They have sauce and garlic dip.Got some mega box offers. Check the good dealsBetter than all locally available fried chicken in the market. But KFC is always winner. Sorry Popeyes

Amazing , best fried chicken in town and their sandwiches are delicious too this branch is my favorite it makes the best chicken totally love it , has two floors seating area and is quite most of the time totally recommend it

Popeyes should actually shut this branch off if it doesnt want to spoil the reputation of the brand.The takeaways are a joke. The soda is almost always watery with zero fizz, even if you order them without ice. The burgers are cold, and the chicken is never crispy and always stringy and dry. Sometimes even cold.In fact, irrespective of what specifications you mention, they will prepare food in their own tasteless manner. The Oudh Meta branch is much, much better.

Awful experience during a 1st birthday celebration of my friends daughter. The decorations and the host wasnt as agreed. To note further the Barney mascot was horribly presented that it looks funny. Friend paid all the charges in good faith! Gutted, never again and wont recommend! Unprofessional must I further say.

I have had the worst experience with this outlet. I placed an order for fast food through Talabat at 8:45pm and now it is 10:30 pm n still the order is not delivered.At 10 pm when i directly called Popeyes (al riqqa) they confirned that they still havent dispatched my order due to less drivers.! And busy orders. The place is small and packed, the bathrooms are old and somewhat dirty. When it comes to food though, we cannot complain. Always hot and tasty. The Chicken is great, along with the mashed, it makes for a great meal.

I ordered 20 pcs chicken and didnt get gravy. Also, the manager there who was packing the food seemed to be a little violent in handling the food. He smashed them with the tongs as he was putting them in the box. I understand the job might be quite monotonous and they need to be snappy but it just didnt look nice from my perspective. Yes, he ended up dropping a food item, too.

Their food is raw and tasteless, service stinks and its dirty there. And way way way to expensive. Wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.

This restaurant located in a very nice and easy to reach location at alrigga street and this reastaurant very near to ibis hotel. Very nice broast chicken at very much affordable price. One will not feel boared dining alone as u can enjoy a lot of people pass by of different nationalities very lively street and can enjoy shopping too after having food another great thing is carrefour is on walkable distance and on the can enjoy karak adani or saffron delicious tea. Another great thing is can reach this station veru easily and quickly and cheap by metro to alrigga station thats it u reached poppeys. Goodluck. Bonappetit.
