The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. This lady and a man that works at the restaurant literally pushed away a rider and screamed at him for no reason, when all he was trying to do it was just pick up an order. He was waiting way longer then I have. And she told him to get out of the way. I couldn’t believe it. As a just costumer that was just getting a food I was really upset by what’ve witnessed imagine the rider. Plus I was waiting for my order over 30 minutes. This was my first and last time. Hope u guys fix this.

This is no longer called fast food. You have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get your meal after ordering. The service is really slow. As in really really slow

Too disappointing, very slow service...Jollibee was known as fast service and friendly people.But in Dubai Mall Jollibee,BIG NO..It is too disappointing,very slow service.. staff was not friendly, even the manager on duty was not looking after the service..This was observed several times at this outlet.. It was amazing to try to this first time. We usually eat other brands like Texas or KFC but we tried this time and it was really nice and fresh, the quality of food was good

We ordered 2 1pc chicken with burger steak and 2 extra rice but the 2 extra rice wasnt delivered to us and i spoke to the manager on duty regarding for their lapses made to our order and he told us to deliver the reamining order but we will wait for nothing!! such ah worse service

I always order at Jollibee Dubai Mall,but today they have rejected the order twice and deducted on my account.This was the 2nd time they cant fulfill the order as Dubai Mall branch inform me zomato have rejected it well in fact I got a notification from zomato that the restaurant is not responding.Upon calling at 9:31am the Dubai Mall Brach the manager inform me they just opened and start accepting order.They called again at 9:59am informing me they cannot fulfill the order but they have inform me they accepted other order from 9am and mine was 9:12am they rejected it, and on 9:31am upon calling them they said they just open.Are you guys confused and misinformed customer?You guys improve your poor customer service and coordinationg Zomato!This was the 2nd time!

Jollibee is always been my favorite. Only the service in dubai mall is too slow specially closing time. They prefer to wash things than preparing the order.

I was here, May 17, 2015, the same month and year when Jollibee opened at Dubai Mall.

Food was ok. Had to wait for more than 20 minutes for a bowl of rice even after asking regularly.

The chickens great. The steak burgers dont taste fresh, though.

Their Joy meals are amaaaazing!! I can never describe any better! Sole patron and supporter here!

I ordered 12:19 pm and still didn’t receive my order ,1hr late I can accept it but 2hrs ??? That’s very late,, it’s very disappointing, it’s not the first time, last week I ordered normal chicken and they delivered spicy , yes they replaced it but I need to to wait another hr, to receive it, and I need to order in talabat again just for them to bring my order , which is not my problem in the first place .. I always order in jollibeeand talbat.P.S:They should put a busy sign or don’t accept orders if your think you can’t handle it.. thank you

I always love Jollibee as it brings back all the memories that I had when I was young. Jollibee is one of the leading fast food chain in my home country and it made me more happier when they brought Jollibee in UAE as we will no longer miss its one of a kind taste of their chicken!

If youre feeling nostalgic, this is a place to be in Dubai mall. However, I thought that the chicken joy didnt really taste like the ones made in the Philippines. It can get quite busy here too.

Were always ordering online from Talabat - Jollibee. Me and my colleagues ordered from this branch, the driver from talabat has been waiting so long (according to talabat help line), the staffs/cashier keeps on saying to wait then after almost 2 hours they just cancelled it. If theyre busy in the store they should just cancel it immediately so the customers dont have to wait and follow up every 10 minutes. Now, were dying of hunger, Thanks Jollibee Dubai Mall.

Worst customer service in all branches all over UAE! i ordered 2 spicy chicken meals and specifically mentioned “NO LEGS”. they confirmed and asked me to wait for 12 minutes. guess what? all they had were legs after and one of the ladies said i did not ask for a change!

Theres a manager name of Aneel I think he needs some training how to talk with delivery riders.
