Usually this location is not crowded and you can always find a seat to eat your food . It is a small food court next to the petrol station . The service is fast and team is friendly. We ordered chicken burger and it was tasty and crispy . The taste is different than other chains but it is good also . It worth to try it if you haven’t try it before .

I ordered a meal and it was nice. The Chicken not oily as well as the fries was not oily, which is important thing. The Coca Cola 500 ml was good better than the cups or cans. The Coleslaw is excellent and one of the best coleslaw. Overall it was good and I enjoyed it.

It was really really delicious and superb . They also provide you with the package.The package consist of text wrap, French fries and a drink. Is normally enough for a person. The chicken is very delicious.The menu have many good options but do not forget to ask for normal or spicy food, they have extra sos that you can purchased separately, good service and quick.No complaints over their cheese cake as well. Pretty good for a fast food!

I always order take-out. So not sure about the diner itself.But BOY O BOY their chicken is crazy! Defined the best I’ve tried out of all the other fried chicken chains I’ve seen here.Colonel! You look like a clown compared with these guys :)Even when delivered, it arrives hot, crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, fries DON’T taste like they came out of a chemistry lab.Keep up the good work guys.

Although I try to avoid having fast food because its unhealthy and makes me fat but there is one place where I literally cant stop myself from visiting and that is texas chicken dubai . Ever since I tried their fried chicken, I am a fan of it and it has become my most favourite fast food. Its less greasy & the chicken is super crunchy, crispy and spicy! Do give it a try!

Not a fan of Texas chicken but gave it a try. Their boasted chicken tastes good the fries are crisp. Prices are on the higher side comparitively. Service is fast and ambience is simple.

Recently tried out their Tex Supreme.Super quick service, received my orders within 5 minutes and the Tex Supreme burgers we ordered were large, spicy (just the way we asked for) and filling.

Placed and order for price cruncher meal, an apple pie and honey butter biscuit and the order reached my house after about 2.5 hours and constant follow up. I ordered via an online ordering platform who says its the fault of texas chicken and vice versa but nonetheless it was already late when I ordered and food reached too late so very bad experience here. Not 1 star only because the texas chicken customer care lady called before sending the food and apologized for the inconvenience.

Recently visisted store number store ID10712 amd order number is 185 at sports city. I ordered a newly introduced deal at 7:58 pm and they handed over at 8:20 PMThe staff is careless and dont pay any attention to the customer and keeps on delaying the order by saying 2 minutes more please but it took them 30 mins to handover my order. Even two female staff were arguing with each other.I requested for dine in and they still gave me for take away and no fries were added. When i asked again for the fries, they started laughing and manager was least concerned as well. A very strange, pathetic and rude behavior from the store. I am not going to eat at any texas chicken in the future nor gonna recommend anyone.Id rate this resturant 0/10 for everything.

Just an average outlet serving fried chicken. I ordered the 3pc Meal through Zomato and the delivery to Sports City took about 30 minutes which is very good. The Chicken and Fries were OK, nothing so great or bad about it. It is good option for home delivery when you dont have much options and time.

If you are going there expecting anything like KFC then you will be disappointed. Last I tried, chicken was smelly overcooked and no flavour under the skin.

Really good food, however they mistook my order for a tex wrap into some sweet and sour thing which the person really did not like. I’m confused as the man on the phone repeated my order and got everything correct for us but the delivery result was different. We all got what we ordered besides one of us which left him unsatisfied. I would have called to ask for the right order but this already ruined his appetite. Please make sure you’re giving your customers the right orders as this can really ruin the mood.

Compelled to write an honest review on this branch because There is no Listing for MOE branch and Rightly so.The staff at MOE branch is so Rude that they will destroy your Day.Asked for a meal with Drinks without Ice.Couple sips from the Drink and it was Full of Ice.Upon returning back to Counter the Fillipino girl said you already finished the Drink. I mean what kind of Behavior is that ??are customers supposed to Check the drink Everytime they order the food because the staff at MOE branch has hearing problems ???Shut down that branch you will save on Rent.

Taste was good..Do not get trapped by guttering of the receptionist...An unknown guys pays extra for unwanted items..Just be straight on selecting items..I ordered a meal which have a cola with it but I was tricked by the receptionist saying you need big zero or small..He shall inform that this is not in the package you will pay extra and mostly of us when he says the price we feel embarrassing to argue for some extra charges...So always be straight...Also order without ICE because of it cola quantity gets less..Taste was same like all other outlets in the area like KFC Burger King etc etc...I feels like they all are same with different names..

Long story short, the staff is rude, disrespectful and so unprofessional. Hats off to Alaa the branch manager for his prompt response and professionalism.

It appears that theres no amount of horrible customer service that this restaurant chain can put me through, and they have, that will make me stop being a patron of their food.I aint talking about the tenders or burgers or the special menu items. No. Im talking about the tender... juicy... deeelicious, meat off the bone, spicy fried chicken.Im not sure I could recommend this place to others because they have so many off days and theyre barely consistent. Though the times that they get it right, then well... its all worth it.
