Its a shame after being a loyal customer I received this dried and horribly looking food! The meat was uneatable and the arayes were even worse!I dont recommend you order from this place!

Served RAW / Chewy chicken for my chicken avocado salad,for the JJ Sandwich, the chicken was so dry and definitely not fresh!!Called the branch & their excuse was that the branch is busy at this time.

Ordered chicken with potatoes, the grilled chicken was under cooked. It was like eating raw chicken

Ordered in for a lazy night at home, we felt like having chargrilled chicken, tabouleh and hummus and JJ was the top of mind since we’ve tried it many times before. To our disappointment, the order took forever to reach us, even though we live across the street. Chicken and fries were cold, the tabouleh not dated for expiry maybe because it has already been expired as it had a bad small and taste. The problem with this place, we find, inconsistent quality.

Dont make offers if ur service and the quality will become bad, its so sad that ur losing ur brand and the quality that u used to provide, my order took almost 2 hours to be delivered and I received it cold and not fresh, its not the first time. JJ Chicken u became the worst.

The chicken is very well done, once you receive it from this tiny out of the way place (behind the apartment buildings that face Sheikh Zayed Road. There is the perhaps better option of calling ahead or delivery, since the grilled chicken is very good. JJ Chicken is awesome. I ate from JJ chicken in DIFC, as it is beside our office!and i had the worst food poisoning ever!!And this is not apparently it is not the first case in our office, as I discovered that a couple of my colleagues had the same experience at JJ chicken!They do not cook the chicken well! The chicken is raw for God’s sake !!
