The chicken is raw, the fries is so cold, and i complaint about the fries and they just reheat it. They dont have gravy and they gave us ketchup and hot sauce for options?

Just sharing, my experience maybe a week a go posted an zomato dine review on how the service of this chain is luckily after a day someone called me in the customer service.. but surprisingly the one who called is like sleepy, no life and and no resolution given to the awful experience we have on the branch... the one who called is not even happy to assist my concern... 😏

This place takes a proper renovation, walls are dirty and chairs are filthy.Waited for my order for 35 minutes and if you will not ask them theyll not served your food. Its so tiring getting up and down waiting for your order.Chickenjoy, Jolly spaghetti and mashed potato was my favorites here.Hopefully, they will fixed their store and apply social distancing and proper sanitizing on their tables too.

Poor customer service, super slow and disorganized..You cannot choose parts of chicken, and even if you are willing to wait for longerrrrrrr time to get your favorite part of the chicken they will still give you other parts!! The tables are dirty in Satwa branch, not clean at all, the staff will just clear the table and not even wiping out with cloth and sanitizer! When we ordered chicken, there were no gravy. The chicken are too small especially the leg part..lots of disappointment from Satwa and Burjuman branch.. will never order and eat here again! It’s better to eat in ‘K’ and ‘MB’.

Very slow customer service. We ordered and we were told to wait for 10 minutes for the chicken. After 30 minutes and lots of follow up, we were still standing there. We said that we just would like to cancel because we were standing for a long time. One of the staff said food is ready. Then then the other staff said that they will just cancelling because we wanted to. The manager just looked at us without any gesture to solve the issue. Even though we were very hungry, we lost appetite because of their attitude. The manager could have solved it quickly. Maybe we will not be frustrated if at least they offered a small apology for the delay but feels like it is our loss. Terrible experience, dont want to come back there anymore.

As per the indian lady cashier there is no chicken tight part available.. then we insist and she told us it will takes 30 mins, however after we paid it takes only 5 mins to complete our orders. We still recommending kabayan cashier.

Unfortunately if you buy coke float even you ask for less ice, theyll give you 50% coke float 50 % ice cube tried it many times. And the Jollibee chicken slice is too small compare to other fast food not even close.

Very bad service satwa jolibee after 25 mins they inform me my order is cancelled from them as they didnt have briyani rice.i always order from jolibee. Even the manger didnt call me very bad service I will never order them . I will never eat jolibee even tell my friends nt to order.my order number was 389. They lie to delivroo they call me. A lot to improve if they are to meet the standards of Jollibee. Quite simply not up to the mark in comparison with the one we have in Burjuman.

I guess this burger was only re heat in micro wave,, the cashier told me it will take 13 mins for my spicy chicken burger which is the regular waiting time for this but luckilly after 5 mins my burger was ready,, so as expected the bur ger was not that fresh and my fries still nowhere to find. This is the 2nd time i feel upset in this branch, 1st i order online a month ago like 12pm and i ate at 5pm...when i eat theyre gravy sauce its spoiled already and when i call the store they dont have any response! and today 11:22pm i ordered 2pc Sp Cjoy upgraded french fries to chilli fries..but when u reached at home,theres no chilli french fries!! So upset😏😤

Food is always good!! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because this branch is always crowded!! Not a one time that the line is short. This in general means that the business is doing great however, it lessens the excellent experience as the waiting time increases. If they could do something about that, 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I always love Jollibee since I was a kid and this is the first Jollibee I went here in Dubai. Staffs are very friendly and foods are great. Hopefully more varieties of foods that is the same as what we have in the Philippines.

Staff and managers are kind and nice to the costumer.. everytime i eat on this restaurant i feel very important.. today i buy my favorite 2pcs chicken joy and spagetti for take away..😍😍
