BMW 640I.It looks like I finally found a car service that suits me. I repaired my cars in different car services, but in all of them something was wrong. In some of them, the repair took a very long time, in some the mechanics did not care about the interior and got into the car in working clothes, after which I had to clean the leather and steering wheel, and some even cheat by not performing the maintenance in full.What I liked about M-tech:1. Attention to detail, honest with their reports and I believe fair on pricing. Dubai can be like the Wild West when it comes to car garages but I have been using M-Tech for many many years for my Porsche and they get it right every time.

Horrible garage with a zero understanding of customer service. I waited for almost half an hour to be served. once i shared my grievance with the Owner( Mr Aqeel) i was abrasvily told that i am not welcome. The staff look lost and demotivated. I would avoid it like plague!!

The worst experience ever. The employees are incredibly demotivated, no body will ask for assistance. I have to scream to get any help. The owner was very rude after I complained and told me to leave.
