Literally have the worst time with these people.I gave my dad’s car for servicing in Feb and it literally was a disaster. I had specifically mentioned to the representative while booking for service to check the wheel alignment, which they did not and after following up with them multiple times about the wheel alignment not being done during service, no one responded.My main review is about some stolen tools from the car. Like I mentioned above, after the servicing in Feb, I just recently realized that some tools from the car were missing. I called their customer care to report this like 2 weeks ago and still no resolution or response has been given from the management.I will definitely update my review once I receive a resolution (if ever).But, anyone looking to buy a Lexus as their next car, please really consider after sales service as I’m really having a tough time dealing with these guys!Lastly, I’m definitely reconsidering renewing the service contract with these guys.Would really appreciate suggestions on a good/responsive service centre for the car.
Ive been servicing my vehicle here for a few years and Im satisfied with the services provided. They proactively call you to book the service when its time and to remind you of the appointment one day before. On the appointment day I never have to wait for more than a few minutes to talk to my service manager. They used to offer good coffee and tea on arrival but of course this stopped because of CoViD. Service managers are in general knowledgeable and helpful, they always came back to me with info I requested. The car has always been returned clean and on time and never had an issue in between services. The one time when I noticed a minor paint scuffle when picking up the car (I didnt recall it was there when I handed it over) they offered to fix it for free.
Very bad, i wont visit sh. Zayed Road service center again, will not advice any one to take his car to this service center.

White stains on the windows.- Until now no promised invoice sent to the e-mail.P.S. Really regret buying a lexus. Dont you guys check on your dealers?

I was trying to buy a used Lexus, and they didnt gave any information about the history of the car. Very strange rules. I came to Shiekh Zayed road brach, Ive asked to inform me about the last service at how many km done for the car and no reply they said its a secret information we cannot share it

Is it normal to take 9 hours to do the first service?Even i didnt receive confirmation from the center to come and collect the car.One more disappointment was after receiving the car (after 6 PM) i noticed some dust on the from right chair and on the drawer.I had a complain smelling burning smell once I speed up rpm to 5000 rpm, even after changing the filter as they confirmed, smell still there.

Entrance is hidden between two buildings, very easy to miss. Service center does not look luxurious at all.. but their service is super fast & reliable, and very friendly staff!
Extremely Poor!!!1. Yesterday, my car wouldnt start in the morning although it was in service two weeks ago2. I called the workshop and requested to check the car as i cannot send it via recovery as the car is not starting. My initial analysis is that its a battery problem (it happened before).3. I received a call midday confirming that someone will be sent.4. Early in the evening i called enquiring about why no one was sent and was informed that someone will be sent the next morning,, just like that without even informing me with the change of plans or checking if the time is convenient with me. When i requested to speak to the manager, i was informed that the manager is not available!!! Eventually, the employee told me that he will double check if someone can be sent immediately and call me back. Nobody called back!!!5. This morning i spent the whole morning calling but nobody answered and no one was sent either.6. I eventually called a external company and the whole process from reporting to actually sending someone to replace my battery and replacing the battery took 1 hour and i got a 12 months warranty on the battery (Al Futtaim only gives 6 months and all my batteries last for approximately 8 months!!!)An extremely poor and frustrating experience. Just to give you something to think about, my other car is 3 times cheaper than my lexus but Im getting a much more superior and customer friendly service from its dealer!!!Amir

This is the 3rd time I had an extermly bad experience with the call centre. They gave me a wrong informations every time. Its the worst customer care I faced ever. Last Ramadan I raised a complaint regarding the same and they promised me that the manager will call me back for further discussion and feedback regarding my concern ,Which never happened ........

Over prices in parts replacement without any valid reasonİ gave my RX 350 for routine service and shocked to know that its rear jumps need to replace.Lexus charged AED 6900 which parts were AED 1700 only.Means they charge 5200 for rear shocks replacement.Just to open few bolts .I also order AED 650 for detailing.Even then its has dirt marks in front screen and inside the glasses.Its really shocking.
