This garage is not good. My well maintained Mercedes stopped starting, I was told by the manager who was a Chinese guy, that they have tried everything, but now they need to open the engine which will cost 5000 aed. He insisted that there is something wrong with the engine. My husband had his doubts and we thought that this can’t happen because the car is not so much used and is not that old, there should be no need to open the engine. We took our car to another garage and he just replaced the self starter and the car turned on. That was it. It took me only 1200 aed to fix the car. Car expert garage was trying to rip us off. I regret sending my car in the past to them, i trusted them. whenever my car would go to them, they would quote a new problem that we needed to fix. But I would never make the mistake of sending the car to them again.

Well managed stuff and professional team.Prices are reasonable.Nice waiting area while servicing your car.Place is very clean.Not every body speaks English but the main guys are ok to understand your requirements.In general recommended.

They broke a roof rail part while washing my car, they have provided the alternative piece after I have complained but no one knew how to replace it.Very rude employees, speaking Chinese among each-others all the time, while you as a customer supposed to know what is going on, most of them they don’t speak english (or they claim they don’t). You ask a question, they don’t reply or they just ignore you.Washing the car with very poor techniques, fabrics from the cloth/towel was left all over my car, I had to prompt them many times to clean well and dry well during the process. The roof was still dirty and wet.Place looks clean and decent, but don’t be fooled by the hospitality, obviously they are not knowledgeable and not professional !!

I havent fixed it after more than a month...I suggest not to come here for BBA repair...this service company took more than one month to fix my car but failed.... totally a waste of time... guys if yours is German car, don’t go for it!
