I love these cars, which they have, good pricies and new models, too much better then others.

Rented a car from Rocket for about 8 months. Their prices were a bit lower than other alternatives I looked at. While the range of cars was a bit limited, they were able to suggest alternatives when needed. Their customer service is what stands out for them. They are prompt in replies, respond quickly on WhatsApp, collect the car for scheduled maintenance and acted promptly whenever I needed anything changed. Payment options are flexible, either through transfers or cash pick up.

Great company, had a very nice experience here and they gave me a brand new vehicle. Highly recommended

Was messed around so much by this company. I requested a car a week in advance and then it wasn’t available. They gave me a different car until the one I originally requested was ready. Then few days later they came with the car that smelt of smoke, no seatbelts working in the back, no Bluetooth working and lock not working correctly. I was due to go out that eve with passengers but couldn’t as the seatbelts were not working. I spoke to the manager and requested that they pay my taxi fares. He refused and said if I go back home they will deliver another car, but he didn’t understand that I had made plans that evening. The next day they gave me the other car back (which was worth more than what was paying but that was only car available and they weren’t happy that they were giving me this yet paying a smaller amount). The manager disagreed with me that it wasn’t Against the law to drive without seatbelts at the back. This slightly concerned me as a manager he surely should have been aware of the UAE law. I asked him how he was going to make things better and he promised me another car but in a few days time. I asked him to e mail me to confirm this which he did. However, 2 days later he e mailed me to say he was unable to offer this car and suggested I go with another car hire company! I was then told I had to wait 30 days for my 1500 deposit back. I then had to ring them and was asked to go to the office to collect. I asked if they could transfer it but unfortunately this didn’t happen. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNRELIABLE. Would not recommend.

I am satisfied with company and also staff they are all Coprative and well maners to the customer,s and car,s is very good and excellent conditions with all accessory and neat and clean and his service is v good they can provide the car in UAE in any where I am happy about the all thing,s of ROCKET RENT A CAR..:-) :-) :-)
