I rented a car through RSA insurance, I had a confirmed booking and it took them 1 hour 30 minutes to give me the key. They said car is being washed! No excuse is acceptable specially that I had a booking and time confirmed days before, car should have been ready a day before. Specially that I came on time and had a confirmation. I talked to Mr. Rashed who looked in charge at that department in the head office and he has no intention to help! He was barely at his desk! And whenever he is there he was not friendly! Really bad service and experience. What a waste of time!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service from the time the car was delivered to the pick up. They delivered an extremely dirty car (Hyundai Tucson) and when I advised so the person on the line had the audacity of saying that im lying what will the purpose be of lying when I had the car less than 48hrs. One thing for sure I will not recommend anyone to rent from them and if you do please check the car thoroughly inside as you will normally do outside.

Really bad service, be careful when rent the car to ask for CWD or they will ask you to pay 750 AED event when its your fault!!On top of that really bad cars conditions.Just take care the class shutterd into pieces from heat and dust

I was forced to use this company by RSA. Firstly they couldn’t deliver the car, they then requested me to come between 10am and 11am the following day. I was running late tried calling and no one picked up. I eventually arrived at 1pm and they told me they have given my car away and that everyone was on lunch and none of the 11 ppl in the car rental section could give me a car. Considering this is there HQ I would avoid at all costs. Not to mention the customer service I endured was sub standard at best. I don’t think they understand that they are in a client facing business.

The worst experience ever!We were forced by AXA insurance to get the replacement car from europe car while ours gets repaired. A really worn out bad quality car.Got the rear window shield shattered from heat on the road at 2pm contacted them to send a recovery truck only at 6.30 pm!! More than 4 hours in 45 degrees heat.PLUS paying a penalty for them of 750aed out for an accident thats not my fault. NOT RECOMMENDED

Very poor service, staff are just like machines. Maybe machines can serve better.I have experienced their services for months... from workshop levels to sales to follow ups and customer service...Poor response to emails, very poor follow up, plz dont disturb them by asking many queries or their timings!Its like they r doing you a favour while you are paying them your money...Will not recommend renewing with them...!

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a car from an app. They delivered the wrong car and when I spoke to the manager he said this car is better. Wow! Two months later I drove the car and my wheel was falling off and was falling off into pieces. I rarely give bad reviews but please be careful.

Super unprofessional attics by Europcar Accounts Team Alqouz Branch. I have hired a car under Axa insurance on 6th august. today i am receiving the text from my local bank that Europcar deducted the sum of 685.10 AED.I got surprised as no one notify me from the rental company even there is not an email or any kind of text before deduction from my credit card as sudden I call to Europcar help line for inquires as I spoke to the call center agent name ( Sitara) as she simply said its not possible for them to inform each customer by call or text due to lot of customers. ( as I think Europe car is only rental company in Gulf Region which have the lot of customers ). usually Every company in GCC notifying the customers before deduction of any kind of amount. i asked her at least you guys should inform me via systemically Email so that i would be aware at least.. The response from the agent was again super professional. ( we are facing the Difficulties from Local Telecom and Internet operator Etisalat thats why i couldnt get any notified email).. so what if they have internet issue then they must inform customers manually by callas or SMS why should a customer would face issues due to internet connection failure or error?This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for any kind of customer as they already hold 1000 AED as security deposit then they start deducting amount ( which I would love to appreciate if they inform me before a new amount deduction from CR card.

If by chance, you go through the entrance that has a receptionist and youre planning on renting a car because your car insurance offers a rental service while your car is in the repair shop, then youve entered the wrong side as the insurance department is towards the left (if youre facing Europcar from the street).You know youre in the right area if you enter and see a whole office of open cubicles.Just look for the cubicle that entertains your car insurance (theres a sign above each cubicle of different auto insurance providers).When I found the right cubicle, the representative was very detailed in explaining to me what I needed to settle and what rules were in place while the rental car was in my care.When the time came that I had to return the rental, they offered to pick it up wherever I was. They arrived on time, checked the car, had me sign some release forms, and then we were done.They treated me well (& professional no less) and Im more than happy with everything theyve done for me in making it very easy to do business with them again.

Very bad customer service..... hidden information in regards to hiring the car. They dont share the full information until you come to make the payment which is not fair and misleading. The availability of the car is not up to the promise or the replacement. Hidden fee to comprehensive insurance which is supposed to be covered in general and not in particular..... just very bad..... dont deal with them....

Such horrible service!! Ive been trying to contact europcar to claim my insurance rent a car for about 3 days now, endlessly calling them from morning 8am to 5pm!! No answers, no contact response. Ive even found their contact information for WhatsApp hoping theyll do something about my situation, but the person on the WhatsApp as well has not helped or given any aid in resolving my problem. I just want a rent car through my RSA insurance that I PAID FOR!!

The car was a replacement by the insurance and at pick up I had to wait 30 minutes since only 1 agent is handling the insurance disk.on the return I had to wait 40 minutes because they have no one to check the car !!! though I am there at 11:00 AM which is not a lunch hourStill all fine BUT worse was and despite I had a signed statement from them that car was full in gas and no damaged since I read about their unauthorized charges and despite there was no fines and no tolls as well as car returned on time I was shocked to see unauthorized charges on my card at the end of the monthI called them many times and all I hear: sorry sir we will check and get back to you and of course NEVER ...IF it was not forced to me by the insurance I would not even get close to themBE CAREFUL

Great service, friendly staff and professional attitudes. Have been servicing both my cars at the Europcar Garage for the past 5 years. If you have an expensive vehicle and unsure about other garages, then this is the place. Ive seen everything in the workshop here, from Ferraris to Maybachs to Aston Martins and G wagons.Call for Arul or Sandeep.

Very bad service and treatment by the staff. They are disorganized. The office hours are too short so any time I called nobody could assist me and I often felt stranded with no information when I needed it.They didn’t even collect my car at the agreed upon timing and they didn’t even bother to call me to inform me despite the fact that I shared my number with them multiple times.Disappointed!Rana

I had an accident and my insurance send me to this garage. WORST choice ever!! I called several times to get a feedback about my car and all the time “we will call you back”. I reached to the service and pointed out that some parts MUST be replaced (bodywork) and the Service Manager said: “It’s much easier for us to fix it…and we cannot find the part on the market” WORST GARAGE EVER, customer service ZERO, knowledge about work itself ZERO. For your peace of mind please try to find another garage.

I have been choosing Europcar for the last ten years through out my travels in Europe , they were organized , polite , and quick in dealing with customersIt was totally the opposite here , I’m a local citizen , and due to some circumstances I rented a car . The way that they were dealing with me as a customer was in a very inpolite way , they seemed to have zero experience in keeping the work smooth.I hope somebody will have a look at this review , and actually do a change to this office . This is considered to be the Head office , Nevertheless it doesn’t look like one.I will rate my experience to a shaming 2 stars , have a good day.

Rubish. It took them one week to submit claim after follow up. Papers were lost. They replaced the broken headlight with used one with obvious wear and tear. The car is full of paint dust. Misaligned body parts and full of filth. And paint color differs....Very bad job and bad insurance company dealing with such workshop. Dont trust them with your car. Disaster

Worst service ever - Vevicle delivery and pick upIntransparent: instructions how to use are hidden in a confusing e-mail attachment. A mail by Europcar even tells you, that you have to pick up the vehicle by yourself.Absolutely no confirmation or any sign that vehicle delivery will work at the desired time and place.Vehicle delivery was around 20 minutes late - ok, might be traffic. But feels bad if you do not have any confirmation that the vehicle will be delivered at all!For vehicle collection at the aligned (!) time and place, nobody showed up. Contact did not answer the phone. Had to call Dubai headquarters to reach someone telling me: they will try (!) to send someone before 12 oclock - 3 hours after the appointment.Very bad service if you do not wish to spend your visit to Dubai with uncertainity and waiting.

Brought my car to the Europcar garage to get it fixed/ It was estimated that it will take 2 week but ended up taking 1 months.At one evening I received a call that the car is ready for collection, the next morning I went there to collect but had to wait another 45 minutes and caught them while polishing my car.The next day I had to return because the car paint had bubbles, scratches and there were weird noises from the engine and the AC.Horrible service!

I had a booking for 1pm, opening time are from 8am to 6pm but everyone is on lunch break from 1pm to 2pm and I could not get my car. They have no interest whatsoever for the client who just have to adapt to their timetable.

RUBBISH CARS! RUBBISH SERVICE!! Please save your money and go elsewhere. The other good reviews are probably from their management employees. They rented a car to me that is not roadworthy, but since they locked me into a contract, they wouldnt relinquish their early termination fees, when i highlighted to them, that i might not live to see my next birthday, if i continued to use the existing car they rented me. And the car was the Renault Duster, which other reputable car rental companys refuse to purchase because of this problem.

One week after returning the car, they took money from my card without a notice. I called them to ask why (I had to speak to half of the company). Apparently they decided to charge me for the fuel. They said they gave me a full tank (They didnt). They charged more than a full tank. They were rude and dishonest.Furthermore, they promised that they will take the car. when the returning date came, they decided they wont.

Very unprofessional service. They were supposed to deliver a car to my hotel on a Sat. They didnt give me any pre-notice around what time they would do the delivery. They had just popped up on Sat morning when I wasnt available. They had just sent me a text message and left again. I called the person who had sent me the message (a so-called Mr Satheesh) many times just 10 min after having received his message, but he didnt pick up my calls nor answered my text messages... its quite basic to give customers a pre-notice with a time window during which youd deliver... you cannot expect your customers to wait all day long at the hotel waiting for the delivery. Very poor service.

Firstly, they never actually stick to the time they say they’re going to take to fix your car. Secondly, they never have a ‘driver available’. Even if it’s just to drop you around the corner or you happen to have been dropped off at the wrong branch (also in Al Quoz). The staff are the most useless bunch of zombies I have ever met. Won’t be going back or hiring any cars from them if this is the attitude.

Car at wrong terminal so long wait. No infant (baby) car seat. Car seat eventually given was for a toddler, when I complained, I was given a baby seat. It was fitted incorrectly (forward instead of rear facing for baby as per clear instructions on the seat itself) and also seat was cheap and straps loose for baby of 7 months. Really upset at poor safety.

Worse experience booking cab in Dubai, i booked my car from airport for 9 days and got fix price and when I got to Dubai the sale person took my nearly 600£ as deposits because I don’t had credit card so he charge my nearly 600£ debit card. Getting into new country and when the staffs not taking u to where the car is parked. Go straight go left n right and all the weird ways. The car was 2016 but had no pick up at all felt driving car with no turbo.
