I came from barbados to stay in Dubai for a a few weeks, so I decided rent a car for the duration of 2 weeks. I decided to opt for a beautiful looking Ford Shelby Mustang. After having the car for 1 day it developed many issues including engine and transmission failure. Stuttgart (do not) rent a car told me I had to pay for the damage because it was my fault that the damage had occurred because when I drove away from their premises the vehicle was fine. This led to a lot of issues and my holiday turned into a nightmare. Unfortunately, I have had to give the car back after 3 days and they have not never returned any of my money (baring in mind I paid for 2 weeks worth). They should consider themselves lucky that I didn’t have a shoggy with me. I genuinely do not recommend this company to anyone. Please be aware and wary of these day time scammers. There’s a reason they only have 3 stars out of 5. As they put damaged cars on hire and take money off holiday makers. They are worse than loan sharks. I will be talking with my lawyer take further action. I am stressed.

Very Good service and nice Customer Service, I received my deposit on time 21 working days after the return of the car. They were very polite.I was reading about comments on this company. I worked 3 years in Customer experience management and i solved problems f thousand of rentals in Italy and everywhere around the world. 90% of the time customers are not following directions- rules - schedules. Technical issues can always happen. Companies are always trying their best to make customers happy and give the best customer experienceI will rent again !

Rent a car from 07-05-2021 to 09-05-2021. Car was good, delivery on time.17-th of July 2021 deposit still not refunded to my bank card. Send me invoice and ask to wait till 1st of July (+20 days from what they claim).This is ok (business sometime has liquidity issues).By then they stop answering messages in whats app. SCAM.Not established company for sure. Pick more trustworthy car rentals.

All over it was good due to Eid vacations deposit was a bit delayed but its understandable , receptionist and delivery drivers were polite I had my portfolio with this car n shared 1 pic as well

I rented a car for two months ago. Ford Mustang Shellby. I did a little damage. I wanted to solve the damage through an insurance company, but the owner of Stuttgart Rent a Car told me that there was no insurance for it and that I had to pay for the damage. After negotiations, I agreed to the amount of AED 800 and the remaining amount from the deposit of AED 2000 will be returned to my account within a month.Today its been more than two months since the car was returned, the boss doesnt communicate and owes me 1,200 AED.I do not recommend and will deal with it through my lawyer.Edit: After reading the review, the boss called me to cancel the review and send me the money. I still dont have money in my account 14 days later. Hes a liar!

Good communication from the start, hired 2 cars with them twice and both were clean, well maintained and high spec. Competitively priced as well. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Mahmud who went above and beyond. They returned my deposit after the agreed 30 days (I had to remind them, but was returned with no problem after that). Would recommend to all!

Never rent a car from here ..! I rented 2 cars first car arrived on time at the airport but I had to drop off the delivery person at home. The second car was also not delivered on time, I had to wait 1 whole day, so I was unable to do anything that day. Then they fail to keep agreements. They also tend to take money from your deposit for everything. Also what is an important point is that I rented for 6 days but the owner was already at the door to pick up the car within 5 days.

Very bad service. We got the car 4 hours later then they said it will be given we waited outside in the hot sun until they came. Employees were shouting at us at the day we gave the car back very disrespectfull. The company said that they will pay the deposit back with in 21 days it has been 35 days and till now they didnt pay back the deposit.

Never ever rent a car from here.The cars you rent are horrible and the owner never delivers the cars on time.Also the owner want the cars back early, he delivers late and wants it one day before.After delivering the car you will be waiting months to get the deposit money back. Even if there is nothing with the cars, he will write some costs.Long story short, this company is a real scam, it looks cheap but at the end you will be pay a lot more.

I orderd a sport car for my husbands birthday. They did not show up. They did not pick up the phone for hours...Than texted 2 hours later that they will investigate what has happened . They distroyed the birthday! Do not book them! Especially if timing matters for you!

DONT deal with them, all cars they have ar R/T but they rent them as SRT, and they will find a way to take your mony, no way to trust them, had the worst experience with them.

Please read this before renting a car at this place.I had a deal with the company that I should have delivered the car to my hotel. They night before asked I if I should pick it up at 12 oclock. That was ok. When I came to the office was it empty. No employees. After 10 minuts came one of the workers, and said the boss would be here in 5-10 minut. Witch was ok.The problem is that I was waiting for 2 hours at the office and I didnt see the boss, or the car. So please be aware of that when you try to rent a car there. The worst service ever - ordered a car from them, planned a program, they were supposed to deliver the car to our hotel at a set up time and place and nobody ever arrived + they stopped communicating, answering the phone, replying to texts. Beware of this company. Edit: They say it was 15 mins, but actually we waited outside our hotel for 1 hour and nobody ever showed up, no apology. Scam company! Providing proof of our tries to call them. They picked up once, 26 mins late, no apology, said they will find out and stop answering afterwards. BEWARE

Not a reliable company. I booked a specific car 1 week in advance. 3 hours before pick up time a guy called and said We will give you another car, the car youve booked is in workshop, AC is broken. I called the manager I booked the car with and his reply was Another customer extended the rent, we dont have this car. Very unpleasant.

Very unreliable service. Not sending a car on prescheduled time at 11AM (and double confirmed via Whatsapp evening before) with no explanation or apology whatsoever not by message or via my bf’s phone call, when we called 30 minutes after supposed car delivery to our hotel which never happened. The reply to our question what the delay will be as we needed to leave for Abu Dhabi by 12:00 latest was “when they come they come”.I was standing infront of the hotel the whole time, so don’t lie — no car arrived, definitely not 15mins later. Thanks for ruining our whole day programme and eventually not answering at all.DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. Choose a different luxury car service in Dubai.

I was very impressed with everyone I had contact with at this rental service. Everyone was very courteous and went the extra mile to serve. When I returned the car, my GPS got me lost. I kept calling for directions (3 times). Each person I spoke with was patient and trying hard to help me. The third time I called, the woman stayed on the phone with me until I made it to their business. I was so grateful for their kindness to serve and to help!! Thank you very much!

Extremely bad service and poor quality cars. They pretend they have a very good clean car but they actually do not and source the cars from elsewhere. Cars are smelly and scratched. They will also tell you you will receive the car today and ignore your calls for days as they do not have it. If for business or personal stay away. You pay deposit 1000AED at the end they keep your deposit they say you damaged the car but the car was already damaged scratches marks etc. I visit dubai often but will not rent at this company anymore. Salik is 4 aed they charge you more then that with tax.

Our whole family was recently on vacation in Dubai and since it was 12 of us, we needed to rent two cars, but wanted to make sure we wouldnt pay too much for them since we stayed for almost 10 days in Dubai.This rent a car place showed up first during our search on google so we chose them since the prices for family cars seemed really good and the range was good as well. We rented a nissan and a chevrolet as they were the most suitable for us.The cars were great, they looked just like you seem them in the pictures and we didnt pay a penny more than the prices that was told us. so its definitely a 5/5

The Bentley GTC S has been my dream car for a very long time and finally, when I went to Dubai, I had the chance to drive it. For a price of 6500 aed, I enjoyed every second while driving the Bentley. It looks like it has just been brought our of the show room and driving it was just amazing. I had to rent a car literally last minute as I arrived to Dubai. Since it was my first time there and I had absolutely no idea what care rental agency to visit, I quickly researched a little bit on the internet and found Stuttgart car rental. Let me tell you something, I have never seen more fantastic luxury cars at one place than I did here. I was overwhelmed by the offer that they had , and since I was only staying in Dubai for a couple of days, I though I would treat myself a little bit. I chose the Porsche Macan since I have been thinking about buying this car for quite some time now and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to test it.The guys were all super easy going, I couldnt believe how easy it was to rent the car last minute. I booked a car (the audi r8) for rental that I needed for my business trip in Dubai and paid in advance to be sure that I would get the car. Unfortunately, my business trip was cancelled, so I didnt need the car. Fortunately they were kind enough to give me the refund and they gave me my money back. I was relieved as I wasnt sure that they would actually be ready to do this. Really great company ethics, thansk!!

The worst experience ever. We agreed over the phone to deliver a car next day. And by the deleivery time they just sent a whatsapp text that sorry the car has been taken for 5 days and check other cars. What is this, what type of company with no commitment or respect to people. They are greedy for money and that is all. Thank God I didn’t deal with them who knows what they might claim on me when i return the car.

STAY AWAY!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! Stuttgart DXB after 6 Months still has not returned a $650.00 security deposit. After numerous claims that they where sending it / crediting it back they have not, and now refuse to take my call.

I rented a car for one day and paid the deposit in cash (500 €). 2 months have passed and my money was not transferred back.They are real scammers, watch out.If you prefer to pay a little more to other providers then you wont have such a headache.I write to them on WhatsApp but no one answers back.I have enough evidence to take legal action, whatever Im going to do.So people look for you from other providers.
