I just bought a cake today from mister baker in mirdiff. They only had 2 cakes available so I chose the one which was better out of the two. The cake was stale and was hard. Not good at all since we gifted the cake to the house we visited and got embarrassed because of how stale it was. If the cake is not fresh then it is the responsibility of the store to remove it. This is totally unacceptable. Never had a bad experience before with mister baker but this was really disappointing and I would think twice before buying from them.

I had ordered a shaped cake for my daughters first birthday. Within short notice, they had made it for me and it tastes really nice and looks beautiful. The most highlighted thing was the delivery was on Friday, normally they closed at 11:30 AM and re-opens at 01:00 PM they opened the shop only for us at 12:00 to deliver the cake. My point of contact was with Miss. Vane. When it comes to CAKES it Always Mister Baker.
