Order a number 1 shaped cake for a babys first birthday and I was really really happy with their work. The cake looked beautiful and got lots of compliments. It came in a really eye catching big box to make sure it stays safe. Loved the decoration and the taste was really good. Very moist. The filling was tasty too. Will definitely order from here again. Ive already recommended this place to so many people. Best part is they do home delivery and perfectly in time.

The worst cake ever. The cake may look good but that’s about it! it was the driest cake ever. There was very little fruits and cream. It was so dry the cake wasn’t even eaten. We also requested extra candies and they put maybe on small handful… you couldn’t see or taste candies in thereWe asked for strawberries and raspberries as per their list but the fruits was so little you couldn’t taste it. All we could taste was dry sponge cake!!Shocking ! Waste of money. You can buy better tasting cake from carrefour….

I like the variety of cake designs and flavors and how custom flexible they are. Nice packaging and responsive on whatsapp and great taste of cake.

I have ordered a cake for my granddaughter.l live in the UK .she is in Dubai.the company were quick to take my money but will not respond to my email or whats app.worried now the cake wont get there.dont know what to do.

The worst experience I ever had, the delivery time suppose to be by maximum before 10 pm and they arrived at 12:00 AM,after several several calls, they answered with very disrespect way as if they dont care since they got their money when we booked the cake.

Worst cake place I have came across. I sent a picture of a cake and didn’t receive what I was promised. Multiple calls and what’s app to the company and not one reply. AVOID

I contacted them via whatsapp 3 days before I needed my cake. sent them a picture and they confirmed I’d have my cake for the requested time and date. The day of they called and said it was too complicated and they need four days to do. The cake was complex, yes. But why would you tell me you can do it and then the day of say it’s not possible! They wanted 100% payment at the start I told them I would only give 50% and now hours later they still haven’t refunded me. This is beyond unacceptable. Thanks for ruining a birthday!

They never reply to whatsapp enquiry with regards to cake. Not sure why they have a corporate whatsapp number if they dont respond. Unprofessional approach

I ordered a cake last week online and paid extra 50 aed for premium delivery. However, on the day of the delivery I wanted to follow up with them but it was sooo hard to get in touch with them and once they finally answered, they said that they cannot deliver it on the time that I paid EXTRA money for. And they would deliver it at the end of the day. They did not even think of telling me if I did not reach out to them. After I got angry with them, they promised a refund. However, until today they did NOT refund me and they stopped answering me.Also, when they got the cake ready for delivery, the delivery man called me and asked me to come down and take it because it is hard to find a parking. What in the world is this ?? Never came across such a bad customer experience. So unprofessional. Although the cake itself was okay, I will never order from there again and I would never recommend them because they do NOT how to handle customers.

Awesome cake...really made my friends bday..It was a surprise bday gift for my best friend...10/10 for looks as well taste..I changed times of delivery 2 times,and they helped me in choosing best flavour..Really appreciate their patience and help.Thank you so much

Worst quality you could ever get .. cakes are nothing like displayed on the website .. were taking legal consumer action against them .. save your money and get cake from super market, it will be much better!
