Really nice place, fresh food and drinks. Just wish they had more sockets and friendly staff willing to assist. The place is very busy and wifi is slow (2 max use) but overall nice.

The best carrot cake you are going to have in your entire life is served here. Add a perfect flat white and it is a recipe for a happy day :) They serve here fully organic food based on best available products. If you are in Dubai you have to visit this place. You will find your new favourite spot on the map of Dubai. Fully recommended.

The Lime Tree Cafe has a very creative decor! Many natural items have been used for the interior of the restaurant. They also have a display area with many organic products for sale!

Amazing brunch at Lime Tree cafe, we had :Toast with delicious date jam, capuccino, kale&pine Mojito, gluten green banana bread, Thai prawn & mango noodles.It was around 170 AED.Food was delicious and prices are ok for the quality.They also have a little shop which sell different types of products : mugs, food, books ...

Standards have dropped here in the last year, they now serve food that is not fresh, the coffee is also no longer good. I’m not sure if they have dropped quality control but the last 7/8 times I’ve been it’s just been an awful experience. I kept going, giving it a chance, hoping it was just one bad experience but unfortunately it kept happening Such a shame as it used to be excellent for years

Great place and nice atmosphere in the restaurant. There is a large outside terrace as well for the colder days. Service has been great and the food was excellent. Theres a nice selection of fresh salads and quiches ob display. Right at the entrance you have a little shop area with kitchen utensils, jams, cookies on display. Loved the slow braised beef Benedict!!

This place is highly overated! WiFi wasnt working, qr menus nit accessible. We had to go to counter to order food. Well for the price we paid there should be at least better service. It was lunch time and a lot of guests. You could clearly see that most of them were disappointed with service. Food taste below average.Avoid by all means

Conveniently located just off Sheikh Zayed Road, this Lime Tree Cafe really stands out who commute Sheikh Zayed Road on a daily basis. Has a cup of cappuccino which made my morning perfect and ginger cake was just amazingly tasty!

It is a very nice coffee shop with decent coffee. I was able to sit there and relax for an hour without getting any interruptions. The cafe was nicely decorated, and the environment was very comfortable. The coffee was pretty good as well and the latte art was impressive.

One of my favorite restaurants when it comes to a place that you can grab a quick healthy bite and coffee with friend(s). Ambience are nice for business chat, catching up with friends. The washroom are bit of a walk but not really disturbing. Staff are friendly. Suitable for families, couples or friends to chill and have a good conversation. Recommended

One of my favourite café in Dubai. Before there was more coffee shop serving carrot cake but the Carrot cake of The Lime Tree is the best that I have try until now. With plenty space to seat, there is also a play area for children

Met friends at the sheikh Zayed cafe and the food was good until a banana sundae was orderedSadly it was a very poor excuse for a sundae and hugely disappointing compared to those purchased elsewhere and more expensive too If you are going to offer sundaes LTC then please make them look and taste good for the money spent !

Depends which day you go, we went on saturday morning, if you have kids then perfect. Without kids then be prepared to walk into a kindergarten. Food is pretty standard. A la carte takes about 20mins.

Decided to order take away from Lime Tree, very disappointed with May the cashier, waiting 10 minutes I asked why order taking so long she blatantly lied stating she advised me when ordering it will take sometime to receive my order- TOTAL LIE. I am sorry I cannot accept someone who can openly lie to cover themselves especially when occurrence happened only 10 minutes ago....will not be entering this establishment again!!! Why oh why!?!

Havent been to Lime Tree Cafe for over a year, I think. Used to love the salads here. Unfortunately, this time around, it was disappointing experience food quality wise.I had a cous cous salad with grilled veggies and a cherry tomato, cheese and onion quiche. Takeaway.Cous cous salad was super dry and grilled broccoli was unchewable.Quiche slice was big, however bland, with one half of a cherry tomato.. Few salad leaves served with it, but the salad dressing drop covered only one green leave.Both of the choices were dumped in the waste bin after couple attempts to eat it.With two peaces of pastry, the price was almost 90 dhs and according to my taste buds, not worth it.Staff friendly as always.

Came to limetree today with my dog, we sat outside and went in to order, i had the smashed avocado with toast and a poached egg, then we ordered a tuna melt and a chicken pesto coffee water and a cokeThe avocado came as soon as i ordered, the portion size was pathetic, the other items did not arrive until after 20min which i had already finished, the sandwiches where very poor the portion size was like a childs serving a little lettuce on the side not even chips. The food was very bland, not very good experience at all, i only came because they allow dogs, but wont be coming back

I really like this place, been here a hundred times already. But lately since they started delivering their food I’ve been receiving incorrect items, or the food quality was not up to the their dine in standards and yes I’ve been complaining to their Instagram and not sure who exactly runs it. He was always helpful and resolving my issues by sending the correct items or replacements, which I’m very grateful for. However I just ordered another breakfast today and my latte arrived half empty. It wasn’t spilled, it was just literally half empty. I’ve messaged to deliveroo, they called to lime tree in umm Suqeim and a manager apparently said that they are tired of my complaints, like I’m forcing them to bring me wrong and incorrectly made items??? Is this somehow a joke??? Am I supposed to just accept everything as it is when I pay money for it??? I guess she just doesn’t realize that when someone complains, especially someone who’s been dealing with wrong orders from your place multiple times, instead of saying they’re are tired of me, they need to work on their quality. This way you’ll reach higher standards if you listen to what people are not happy about. This is truly disappointing, I don’t need your refunds. I just wish you’d keep your standards on delivery as good as in your restaurants.

Nice place for coffee, breakfast and quick lunch. Interesting menu with amazing carrot cake, unfortunately tiramisu was a big disappointment. Breakfasts a bit overpriced but tasty.Free WiFi, but need to take new password every hour plus in some areas too much AC, I’m literally freezing, always take your scarf if you are sensitive to cold.

Great place with great food!I needed a whole cake for party and Lionel Riveta behind the counter had it organized for next day pick up for me. He was super helpful and friendly and nothing seemed trouble for him. Great team member Lime Tree!

My family all love this place. Food is consistently excellent and the staff are always helpful, professional and friendly. We have had so many good visits. We popped in to get a slice of cake to share for my son’s birthday and when they heard it was his birthday they gave him a free slice ❤️ Cake portions are big and great for sharing.

Visit on a weekday with family and totally disappointed from this place. Personally don’t understand how inflexible a Café can be when my wife doesn’t eat dairy or eggs and then wants to order a toast and it has some cheese on it and she requested to replace the cheese with avocado spread, whereas the employee insisted that it has to be charged and ordered as side order. I had the vegetarian breakfast and left half of it on the place due to literally no taste. The Café doesn’t have proper option for breakfast in case you’re on a dairy free and no egg diet at all. This place left a bad taste behind and we definitely don’t recommend to any of our friends.

I always get good service here, friendly staff, pretty affordable prices (for the region) and free water. It just needs a ramp for strollers to enter the restaurant and paper towels in the toilet, especially for baby changing needs.And, oh, the coffee is superior quality. None of that burnt Starbucksian garbage you find most places, theirs is the real deal!

Wont praise the quality of food or the ambience...that quite subjective.What I would like to share with you a personal experience: I forgot to take home food that I ordered and paid, called the restaurant once realized when Back home.Food was delivered in half an hour with a complementary double quantity all free of charge.Really nice gesture from a restaurant who is keen to please a customer. A satisfaction aptitude that would definitely remain unforgettable to me.

I loved the decorations... a huge variety of options from salads to snakes and sweat ... they do also have a breakfast menu ...I tried the ginger crunch it was too sweet for my taste ..

Food and coffee is great. Small corner with toys for busy toddlers and a comfortable changing table in the ladies toilet for diaper changes. Service is fast, friendly and they cater during Ramadan. And dont miss the famous carrot cake.

This is one of our favourite cafes on the world. The menu is fabulous and includes the legendary carrot cake. There is a shop attached with a fantastic selection of gift items and foods. Perfect for tourist and locals alike with a range of lunch and dinner options.

My go to breakfast joint. Literally a walking distance from my house & and you can even get to it by the metro. I love that their menu selection changes on a daily basis. Make sure to have a taste of their carrot cake, theyre quite famous for that.

The Food:Homemade style food that is made fresh each and every day. They have salads, sandwiches, burgers and kababs all of which is on display and they reheat to order for you. The food is good and it is tasty too, are you going to have your taste buds blown away? No but it is still a good reliable restaurant.The ambiance:This is a casual establishment with both in door and outdoor seating. You order and pay at a counter next to the food and you are given a number that you put on your table. The waiting staff then bring the food to you, you can order from them but that is not the idea. Only thing is, is that there is limited parking near the restaurant and the parking that is there is limited.Overall:Good easy going restaurant which good reliable food.

In total its interesting range that will keep you coming back to try them out.Its an ideal shelter from the storm that is Dubai traffic but just keep an eye on your meter since they come around often.

HAIR IN THE SANDWICH, I am a regular at this place, food is nice and the atmosphere is pleasant, I had a meeting with one of my important clients last week and during lunch, he found hair in his sandwich, I immediately reported the matter and was told by staff the Manager will call me immediately, 4 and a half hours later, a lady calls me from their head office, and went on to explain why it took them so long to call back due to the fact she is based in HQ and the Manager on site was off that day, all of which are their own internal reasons which has nothing to do with the bad experience, i explained this to her and told her that I dont feel she is handling this complaint very well to which she replied, I handle many claims and I know what I am doing (I am assuming they had many complaints obviously!!!!!!!)to cut the story short, I asked her how she is going to deal with this and how she will put the matter right to which she had no clue whatsoever, I am not sure why she called in the first place!!!!!!!!!She then proceeded to tell me that she will inform the Managing Partner and they will get back to me, that was last week and I doubt very much they will get back to me at all.Conclusion:Expect the odd hair to appear in your food.The customer must understand their own internal issues, I know it should be the other way round but thats how they operate.They get many complaints, which frankly doesnt give much confidence.The Senior Management doesnt care and dont call you back as and when you make a complaint.Solutions:Take a magnifying glass and inspect your food just in case.When things go wrong, dont complain as it doesnt get you anywhere.ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!

The latest of this chain to open in Dubai, this one has a fresh, modern, utilitarian decor. The food is well presented, fast to be delivered and delicious. The range of foods offered on the menu is unique to this chain - and caters for every type of taste. It is now my new office!

Comfort spot for all Dubai residents. Only complaint is the sandwiches always feel stale. But their salad, smoothies, cakee and coffee makes up for it.
