Sinful food and milkshakes!!This is cute cafe one staircase away from the lake. The first time I went, I sat outside in the good weather and soaked in the pretty JLT view.This time I sat inside to beat the heat. Got a table right away and the food came pretty promptly as well. And boy was it delicious!!I ordered a berry milkshake and a veggies sandwich and I loved every bite!They also had board games on the table for anyone who’d like to play.

Definitely “healthier” food with great looks and taste. The cheesecake French to east is a must try. Definitely something different but worth giving it a try. Outside sitting available even thou we weren’t able to experience it because of the high temperature.

Best breakfast I have had in Dubai. The taste and ambience is amazing. Truly delicious and price wise is right on point. The fresh juice and lemonade are a great portion and at the breakfasts are truly the best. Better than eggspect... And other restaurants. At the end of your meal you are left happy and satisfied. I will recommend and visit again very soon

Great little cafe hidden away in JLT (Cluster T). Amazing coffee and huge selection of breakfast items. The acai homemade brownie bowl and waffles are highly recommended on the menu.Only downside is the space and limited seating but if you have a baby who can sit up in a high chair no problem. Otherwise if youre just as a couple or small group of 4 its fine.Super friendly staff and reasonable prices.High recommended 👌

Lovely little gem and highly recommended in the Centre of Jumeirah Lake Towers. Been there a couple of times now and the food was always great. They have Generous portions as well. Overall it is highly recommended, also during the week (surprisingly busy even during the week).

We were excited and came for the `Maple and Walnut Crusted Salmon` which is our favourite dish from the cafe but to our disappointments the dish has been removed and replaced with another salmon dish. We were told that some of the menu has been changed few weeks back. I understand from the management point of view, you are reviewing and evaluating based on the moving sales of each dish. But I am not sure whether this should be the way though. Just felt a pity that our favourite dish has been removed. Hope you bring back the dish and recapture the heart of your customers. Cheers!

Located in Cluster T, JLT. This place is really Amazing.I have posted several pics seperately. Place with Indoor and outside seating with superb Lake view. The way they decorate/present their food is really amazing. Place is perfect even for KETO and for people on Strict diet. Several IT and Sales professionals working from this place, getting a table during office hours and specially weekends is not easy. I like the coffee, vegetable burger (Yummy), Berry Booster and several others. Its a Must Go place.

This is one of the coolest place I discovered in JLT. Food offering is not big but every dish is well presented and with great flavours. Theyre serving eggs and breakfast till 3pm, worth to try their burgers too. Coffee is ok. Lunch time is the busiest time there, sometimes you can experience waiting list but worth to wait, if possible.. Have a try!

Friends Avenue is a charming neighborhood cafe. They have indoor and outdoor seatings and a perfect location overlooking the lake.Located in Cluster T, it’s a convenient walk to have a nice coffee or a quick healthy meal. As a name describe, it’s a great place to catch up with friends.Its also perfect to sit solo and office work or enjoy solitude and read a book.

I visited the place on April 9th 2021. Google map would probably takes you to the next block and not to the same building as it happened to me. So i would recommend to check your destination and stop at the same building as that may safe you 4-5 minutes walking. The place is not as it seemed by photos.Indoor was full and i could only managed to sat on the bar facing outside and your back is to the bar tenders. The windows facing me was about 75% closed by blinds as direct sun isn’t easy to face. Outdoor tables were also full and again the curtains outside prevent enjoying the amazing lake view. I think to enjoy this place you need to be an early bird.I think Coming early morning may guarantee you a place outdoor and avoid the direct sun as the cafe shop is facing east.Food is good and fresh. The price is also very reasonable. And the service was descent.In general, the place is only worth coming to only if you were around the area.

I always order Acai from Acai and the Tribe (part of the Friends Avenue group) which is absolutely amazing, personally best acai in Dubai for me. So I wanted to go there and give it a try to some other dishes. I ordered omlette, but it was not that good, too oily, huge portion, but not a good taste really. What bothered me most is that this place do not respect the social distancing rules in any way!!! they do not check the body temperature, tables are very close to eachother, it is super crowded, several deliveroo guys at once are coming in an out with/without masks ... simply mess, they just work like there is no pandemic outside whatsoever..... would not go there again as do not feel safe however acai is amazing and recommend to order via deliveroo as that is the Acai and the Tribe partner.

And I am talking all items on the menu.If you want a hearty breakfast and you dont like avo then you maybe go to another place, though.Sidenote - recently all cafés think avo = healthy, so they add avo to everything...not everyones taste.Anyways, great food and great service - five stars!

I was staying at Dubai Marina and I searched for closest breakfast restaurant near to where I am staying, I found this cafe that open Friday morning 8 am. My order was French toast and my friend get avocado on toast.It was the best French toast I ever tried and I had a bite from my friend plate. It was delicious too !! The place was cozy and empty the time I went there. And I went again the next day cos I get hooked to the cafe and the food. I ordered scrambled eggs and my friend get egg Benedict. Both dishes what incredible! Honestly it looks all my stay at Dubai will be this cafe

EXCELLENT Breakfast place.Recommended - French toast is heaven. Eggs Benedict on Brioche addictive. Green smoothies very refreshing. You will be not disappointed.Ambiance – small, packed, too crowed in popular hours.Service – not the most attentive but ok. The food is freshly prepared so be prepared to wait. Its not only the ambience but also the food is amazing and it has a great view outside for its at the edge of the Jumeirah Lake Towers which provides beautiful scenic lake view with skyscrapers in the Marina bay section.. Its a must go if u love creative and rustic cafes..

I ordered a salad and it was dry and just not good. Carrot cake was ok. As for the service, it could be better. And the only reason I’m giving this a 1 star is because I got tricked into paying the full and original price (before discount) after I had asked to use my “Repeat” discount.I noticed when I came back home that they never applied the 10% discount to my final bill even after saying they did. By the time I got back home, it was too late and I wasn’t gonna return and argue over the 10% difference. But shame on them!

Their portion sizes are decent giving you value for money. The best part is they serve breakfast till 3 PM, so its never too late!

Very busy place on Friday morning. Were surprised to find such noisy place usually in quite and empty JLT at 10 am. Food was decent,but it took time to be ready ,may be because of lots of customers. We ordered 1 breakfast and 1 Acai .

Claim to be the brother of the owner of FRIENDS AVENUE in JLT CLUSTER X, humiliated us during lunch with the resto today forcing us to be out and cancelled our ordered food as because he is not pleased seeing playing games in out mobile. Note we even turn off the sounds in respect for others. But still he cancelled our order despite of being a regular customer spending at least 200+ aed a day. Clearly not a friendly place to eat with and no loyalty and gratefulness to their customers.

One of my top cafe picks in Dubai. Both Motor City and JLT branches. I truly love everything about it. Food is more affordable than most healthy places, portion sizes are huge, WiFi is fast and the place is cozy enough to work at for long periods of time. I think I’ve tried almost everything on the menu 😂 my faves are the French toast - this puts all the other French toasts to shame!!! - the carbonara - I’m not even that much of a fan of cream-based pasta but this one’s gooood - and my go-to is the chipotle chicken wrap. Can’t tell you how much I love this place. 5 stars aren’t enough 😅

Probably the best Salted Hot Chocolate I have had in town! Vibes are lovely, pleasant, decor is superb! Parking and access is an issue as i think they have built only for those working nearby JLT. But there is metro just down the building. Great for if you are in the neighborhood

They do have great coffee and breakfast, but cakes were not fresh .Morning time too hard to find free parking, but you can use hotel parking which you should pay extra money for it.

Order here if dry, burnt cake is what you desire !Orders via deliveroo. Came quickly - thanks deliveroo! But the food/desserts were disappointing to say the least.At DHS 26 for the carrot cake , it was an okay size but the edges were burnt and hard and the cake was cut ina strange shape.At DHS 16 for the gluten free brownie it was hard and dry ( which is really strange for gluten free baked goods) .Next time Ill stick to Lime Tree or Hummingbird bakery. This was beyond a disappointment!
