Flow cafe near the place where I set usually to work/study and meet , very nice cafe and they have variety of options as well as snacks.These spots are unique in their design and they are provided good quality stuff.It’s nice to set there, meet or even work. The area helps to keep you organized and focus.Well designed.The staff there are professional and helpful.Recommended

Flow is my go to lunch place! They have a variety of dishes available for both dine in and take out. Note that the dine in meal is different from the take out so I would suggest to try the dine in service to see the rest of the menu items. Staff have always been super friendly as well. As for take out, I usually get a sandwich which they can toast and cut in half for you. Delicious. 5/5! Will be back!

Flow is one of the best places I regularly have coffee at, and Valerie is the reason for it. She is one of the best baristas in Dubai.

Healthy food has never tasted sooo good. This cafe is stylish yet warm. When we were in dubai I had the most amazing egg benedict. The cappucino is also the best cappucino I ever tasted. No idea what coffee bean they used but it was truly delicious. Great staff too!!

Everytime I go to eat from flow I have a very unpleasant experience. The food in the restaurant smells awfully pungent, and their sandwiches caused nothing but a painful stomach ache. The meal plans and innovative ideas of flow are wonderful- but the quality of the food is underwhelming.

Third time grabbed a coffee from there exceptionally great vibe. I want to even give more than 5 stars. Thanks to Essam!!! your coffee is perfection.💯 Highly recommended to pay a visit to the shop👍

A paleo friendly, gluten free, dairy free & other many other options to FLOW between. Cozy, light, accessible atmosphere with friendly staff and healthy options. A cup of coffee is a good compliment.

I always have lunch at flow, it has a great selection of healthy food options and very good coffee. All of the staff are great but I want to highlight Geraldine. She is a very helpful person and always friendly.

Flow is my favorite coffee shop here, the staff is amazing and the barista Valerie is super awesome she does the best cappuccino for me❤️❤️ Also one of only two coffee shops in the building that serve lactose free milk.

FLOW as it says - FLOWS with an effervescent energy and their wonderful staff, Kristine, has been, along with her colleagues, has been excellent in not her just role as a Staff member, but in creating a friendly atmosphere. The energy is great and so are the cuisines.

At Flow, Raj Kumar serves excellent coffee, if you like it strong! Nice airy environment and food is good , although sometimes I have felt that the staff hold back on giving reasonable portions from their salad selection. Other than that, I would recommend a visit.

Great vegan options and service. Christine and Francis are very helpful in food selection and calorie counting ;)

Great place to work while waiting for someone or a meeting. There are points for plugging in your laptop. Super plus point for me as I work everywhere I go.Good selection of smoothies and coffees. And their staff actually know what they are selling and understand coffee beans that she was able to recommend the types of beans for the types of coffee. Am pleasantly surprised.I had a cardomon date muffin -very good, not too sweet and was actually good quality. Surprised again.Would recommend it.

This is scandalous, I have found GLASS in my salad, I repeat I have found GLASS in my salad. The manager not only tried to minimize the incident she sent someone to offer me coffee!!!!! The only way to make it right would have been to reimburse the salad or to offer me something from the menu. Seriously this is not how you handle a dangerous piece of glass found in a salad. This is really very poor customer service and show how cheap they are with their clients. Too bad because the staff is really lovely

I am absolutely devastated by the poor and a very rude service of the staff this morning around 7:20am. I go to flow almost everyday for breakfast and lunch. For breakfast I normally get the coffee deal which is a croissant and a coffee. This morning, I, together with my colleague requested for the same usual. However, we only received the coffee with a very bad attitude of the staff. when I asked the cashier, she said in a rude tone: no you only asked me a flat white, you didnt mention about the deal so if you want a croissant you should buy now separately. We emphasized that we had clearly informed her about this but she insisted to accuse us for lying and did not care at all to fix the situation. Good job! You have just lost two loyal customer of yours. This will be indeed our last visit to flow.

I waited for 1 hour for a bland pasta plate with tomato sauce, those guys cannot handle high traffic during lunch hour! Overpriced and tasteless!
