I visit Costa coffee quite often in the UK. The cappuccino here was a bit too strong for my liking. Also the staff did not know what one of the ingredients was for a panini we bought.

You cant go wrong with Costa! It brings such amazing old memories every time I enter any Costa Coffee Cafe!! Good coffee, good snacks options. Always the safe bet when you cant think of anything else!

As always, Coffee at its best at Costa!Plenty seating. Table and chairs for laptop users! Easy handicap access.

Great coffee but no wifi. Portions are huge as everywhere in these coffee chains. Cakes and other sweets are average. Service is good. Located not far from main entry and plenty of seating inside. Capuccino in medium is huge and so is the americano. Pricey place. Not impressed.

Costa Coffee in the Dubai Mall is a central spot whether for an early breakfast or a midday break.All standard Costa items are available, Covid-19 procedures in place. Also like that they grill sandwiches instead of microwave. Standard good Costa service.

I and my husband went to this particular Costa Coffee outlet in Dubai Mall in front of Victoria Secrets store on 3rd floor. Since we’ve never had a problem earlier, we were quite sure we would get what we wanted because we have tried several brands and never faced any issue.I told the cashier that I want my coffee with only 2 ingredients - coffee and heavy cream/whipping cream. Without even listening to what I was trying to say, she handed over a random menu to me and asked me to choose from it. I told her I don’t want to order anything else, I just want a shot of espresso blended with whipping cream. But again before I could complete, a guy from behind had the audacity to tell me that they do not have Whipping Cream. Seriously? You are a Coffee shop and you do not have Whipping cream? You are giving me options to order from your menu, which is full of coffees with whipping cream on top, I can see people getting those kinda coffees and you are telling me you don’t have the same damn thing that everybody else is sipping? We were dumbstruck for a while at his utter stupidity and then without any further discussion with anybody on this topic, we chose to leave without a word to save our sanity.I hope they teach their staff how to treat the customers better.Extremely disappointed and never going back to any Costa ever again.

HORRIBLE. This Thursday morning 30 July 2020, i saw a fly flying inside the glass where they keep the cakes. Then i waited 10 minutes for a free table to get cleaned, and finally had to go ask a staff to come clean it. She came with an attitude, and only sprayed the table and not any of the chairs. When i asked her to also spray the chairs and clear the crumbs, she got an attitude and sprayed everything pourfusly and left the table and chair wet and left without drying it. This cafe is HORRIBLE and this phillipinos waitress was a nightmare. Will never go there again and i am in Dubai mall dailt.

Just sat here for 15mins waiting for my food. When it came it was stone cold. Its been in the microwave i was told. Clearly,about 14 minutes ago! Still cold in middle after reheat. 3rd time now meal served below standard ..

Great location for Costa Coffee at the Dubai Mall. Great coffee and service. Views are good. Worth a visit if you are at the mall.

I ordered a Hot Chocolate, it tasted bad, not good.

I like Costa, but the recently introduced new veggie wrap with chickpea and eggplant is really really bad, dont waste your money and dont spoil your lunch.

Cashiers assume what the customers want on their behalf. I always have to check the receipt even after the repeating the order couple of times. It happened with me and to customers in front of me. Customers end up paying more for extras they didn’t order.

Costa is my favourite coffeehouse chain. It’s always great to see it abroad and enjoy their coffee. Friendly staff in this one and delicious flat white.

The fridge has limited options of sandwiches and salads. I usually get either biryanis or Cesar chicken sandwiches.The offer staff meal at 25 dhs (salad or sandwiche, donut/croissant and coffee or juice)The place is usually not crowded but you be disturbed with people taking photos at Burj Khalifa entrance.The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do offer the WIFI password along with your order.

The most noise coffee shop on the Earth! The Batista just ramming the glasses and the cups on the counter tops without any reason. Just to make noise! The guy dropped the milk cap on the ground and put it back! Disgusting!

I am big fan of Costa Coffe in the whole world but in Dubai it makes me dissapointed.First of all - there is not lactose free milk in cafes in Dubai. I dont understand this, why Costa Coffe UAE buys soya/almond/coconout milk (in fact this is not milk, it’s only named so) but lactose free milk not (this is cheaper than soya etc)?I wrote 2 emails to Costa Coffe UAE about this problem, I get such response „Dear Customer,A member of our friendly and knowledgeable support staff will respond to your message within one business day.” but after nothing.I am every day customer and Costa should treat this a bit serious.A lot of people in UAE have allergy for lactose so it would be benefit to have in offer lactose free milk (soya/almond/cocounat is just tastes horrible).Iced drinks like for example bluberry cheescake frostino is really awful (full of some chemical siroup).Hot drinks are good and these meals I’ve eaten in Costa UAE are also good.However, better would be fresh sandwiches, not some long-term sandwiches from fridge.
