I have ordered a birthday cake for my 7 year old son. It was delivered on time as per the schedule however the cake did not look as beautiful as on the picture posted on their website. Additionally there has been a mistake in the age number (instead of 7 , they wrote 5), and the «  Happy Birthday » message was written in a very ugly way. I still need to eat some of it to comment on the taste. I don’t expect much. I am not satisfied with my order. This was the 1st time we order from Ferns N Petals and for sure the LAST time.

I received a beautiful birthday cake for my 1 year olds first birthday. Truly a great experience and a quality product, and tasted great. I was reluctant to order after reading the reviews but I couldn’t find another more reasonably priced option and in the end it wasn’t too bad. The cake description said it also comes with a teddy and balloon (which is why I chose that particular cake) however this was overlooked. Luckily I called and arranged to collect my order from their office, so when I queried it the lady checked and I got two balloons (as the teddy wasnt available). If I’d have chosen delivery I would have just got the cake with no balloons or teddy as the item description wasn’t checked properly. The delivery option wouldn’t allow me to select to have both the cake and flowers delivered at the same time despite it was ordered two days in advance. This meant delivery fees would have been 70dhs! And two separate deliveries. Regardless, the flowers were fresh and my friend said the cake was delicious and although it was ready an hour later than agreed, for Dubai it’s still quite good.

10 months ago I had rated them with 5-star as they were very professional back then. But after today they will get 1..and only because there is no zero. To start off, delivery was not done at all as expected...but was instead delivered next day after lots of back and forth. Then they delivered... Below! This is what you will get when you buy from them AVOID! AVOID!

I real regret ordering from them! Overseas flowers order and not cheap for that country, and what they have delivered? The poorest old flowers and have nothing to do with the photo online, not even close! And what they respond to the claim, same statement of not 100% matching mentioned in the website.. Oh I felt so embarrassed with this ugly bouquet.

I really liked the red velvet cake. It has a balance taste and the idea of edible photo design on it amazed me. 😉

I’m very disappointed with my order. First of all, I paid extra to be delivered on specific time but did not arrive and worst when I called the lady customer service, she said that they will try to deliver after 6hours of my selected time otherwise in the next day.. what the heck? The flower is for a bday and you are telling you might deliver it the next day? Second, she said that they were not able to contact the recipient to get the exact address then why the heck you did not call me while my phone number is mentioned in my account, trying to blame me also for their carelessness. Third, the agent who is talking to me has no smell of customer service attitude, since the order did not arrive on time as what I paid for, you could at least offer to return the extra money I paid for the express delivery not that I care about the money (I did not even bother to ask to refund it) but being a customer service person you should know how to deal with your disappointed Client instead of throwing blaming and act as if it is the customers fault. So disappointed and I do not recommend to order from them anymore.

I can vouch for their quality products. I have tried their cakes, fresh flowers, dates etc. The flowers delivered were fresh and are of extreme high quality and I loved their Ramadan dates box. I have never eaten such delicious premium dates. I have also got an opportunity to try out their glazed mousse cake! I loved it! Great service, quality and price! 💯

Probably the worst experience ever. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered before 4 pm. I called the call center at 4.45 and they then informed me that the product is out of stock. No one bothered calling and informing me of this. Jack, the customer service rep who wasnt very customer friendly, then promised me that itll be delivered before 7 pm, which kind of defeated the purpose but I let it go. At 6 pm I call again to follow up and learn that the product will not be delivered today at all. Canceled my order and now hoping for a refund. Pathetic.

They send incomplete item. Tried to call customer service many times by Whatsapp and Phone, no body replied or care. Also, item arrived not on time.

The cupcakes looks absolutely mesmerising but the taste was average. It was more of a decorative cupcake than an edible one.

Poor quality of flowers delivered: the Orchid flowers ALL fell down despite proper care after 8 days.The customer service team isnt accepting, challenging me, asking me again and again the same questions to waste my time and make me gave up on my complaint.It really looks like a SCAM company, I recommend to everyone not to buy from them. I have ordered a happy birthday cake for my sister in Sharjah yesterday along with a small gift. I wont be able to see her in person as I live miles away from her in Melbourne Australia. I chose the items as in the photo and they delivered everything on time on the same day and the products were exactly the same as shown online. Pathetic service. They charge extra for specific hour delivery and not able to deliver post 2 hours the promised time. No customer service you can call them and they will keep you on hold. No call back, no cancellation and even they cant share the update. After first 2 minutes they kept me on hold and never came back

I ordered on a very short notice and requested them to arrange the delivery. Customer service was great. They took their time to confirm me but made the successful effort. The deliver charge is a little high but the service and product quality is awesome.

Ordered cupcakes for a small function. Delivered damaged cakes and when asked they said nothing can be done. Delivery person was not sorry for the incident. No such thing called after sales service and morality runs in this firm. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Very good quality of products. Have ordered flowers and fruit baskets multiple times. Timely delivery, fresh products , detailed updates as the delivery process moves.Only reason I am holding back one star is the utter frustration to get an official invoice / receipt. I have to account for the payment to corporate and one week down the line I am still trying to get a receipt . Despite several WhatsApp messages and online feedback - I am still without a receipt.

I had to order flowers and cake from Australia to be delivered in UAE,Went through google to search someone who had an easy to navigate website, a big range of products to choose from and same day delivery,I found all these features in FnP UAE website, there was a WhatsApp chat contact also provided on the website. I put my question forward on that and surprisingly someone responded immediately, considering it was 7am in Aust and 11pm in UAE. I asked all questions and clarified all doubts before placing order,It was easy to create online profile to place order and pay through secure mode, and once I placed the order, I was notified by customer service from WhatsApp group that the order had been received. There were different options to chose for delivery time as well including fixed time slots.Once the order was prepared and ready for dispatch I got email and WhatsApp confirmations on each step till the order got finally delivered.The flowers were really fresh and nicely arranged, the cake was fresh and reported delicious by the receiver, the card was printed exactly as per my message and delivered along with package on time.It was such a pleasant experience overall from first step to the last step.Everything was hassle free and well organised and timely communicated.Would definitely recommend to try their services and I will also be placing repeat orders in future.Overall very pleasant experience..Keep it up FnP team..!Excellent job..😇

Had a bad experience on Sept 9th. I was supposed to be the receiver of a Bday gift sent to me. The sender had clearly informed FnP to deliver the same at midnight and he had paid extra Dhs.79 for the midnight delivery. He had also informed FnP to first call me and confirm and not to ring the bell since I would be staying at my sisters place. Unfortunately since I was not aware of all this surprises, I was not available in the house and was staying at a friends place. The delivery guy rang the bell at 10.30pm(supposedly to be delivered at 12am) and he was carrying the flowers and some gifts . When he was asked who is it for and who is from , the delivery guy did not know and said he would need to check the invoice which is down in the car. My folks told him to get it else they wont be able to accept the same . He came back and showed them the details and they told him clearly that the receiver was not in town and that he can take it back. The guy also took a picture of the same from our doorstep . After 5 days I get a call from teh sendder telling me that the manager called him and complained that I threw the cake, detsroyed the cake, spoke rudely to the delivery guy , was furious etc. which is totally untrue. I believe FNP was clearly instructed with extra money to deliver at midnight , so why did the delivery guy deliver at 10.30pm and also the sender had clearly messaged FnP not to ring the bell and to call me in advance to confirm if I was home. Why was this not done ? While Fnp has clearly not stuck to the requests , they have further defmaed me as well. My building clearly has a CCTV and I need a clear reply or apology from the Fnp team for misinforming and spreading false information.

I have used this site for deliveries to Dubai on a number of occasions. The products (generally. flowers) have been fresh, on time and really well handled. The one exception to this was when I purchased a rose plant. It was very dry and once delivered then almost immediately started to die and despite best efforts it deteriorated until it completely died. Maybe I was unlucky but I am now wary of buying this kind of product from them.

I had ordered gift for my brother on 28.3.2021 through fnp. What was showed in their website and what I received attached. It would have been great if we were shown the right product, I would have still bought it. Did feel disappointed.@Fnp, I am not sure what you meant by allowing you to make it up for me. Did we do something other than exchange some emails?

After sales is terrible to say the least. I called 5 seconds after placing an online order (500 AED+), realizing there was no obvious way to put in the 10% off promo code, asking for a part refund. They tell me theres no way now, and that I should accept a voucher instead. After unsuccessfully trying to reason with them, asking for alternatives, I decide to cancel my order so I can place it _again_. They tell me orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, especially since I want to use the promo. What? So are you trying to deny me the promo wilfully or a cancellation, or both? Since at first I wanted to simply place the order again, I decided I no longer want to do business with them. I was well under my right for a cancellation since it had only been 2 minutes. They then tell me the order has already been processed and cannot be refunded. Absolutely abhorrent way to make a new customer. They also then explain to me how e-commerce works. After fighting tooth and nail and repeated phone calls, I finally was told Id get my refund within 3 to 5 days.I dont know what to recommend, but someone who owns and has run an e-commerce business for the better parts of two decades, I have a fairly good idea how refunds and cancellations work, and how not to trip up customers especially when they know they can save a little. Would never be using them again.

I paid AED600+ for a cake and gift for my friend. They delivered a cake WITHOUT a name or even HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Its like a cake for everyone. They offered complimentary cake and balloon and when they going to deliver these, the delivery boy called me HE DOESNT KNOW the ADDRESS. MY G. They ruined the surprise and stressed me the whole DAY. And even they are misleading the customer.In the website they are posting nice cake but when they deliver very different. Waste of money and time. ZERO STAR!

I ordered the cupcakes on teh 1st picture to make someone’s bday morning beautiful. She received a poor attempt to copy the stock photo they used( i found the exact same photo on other calemaker’s menu). The point was the beauty and the gesture and they wer eintended to replace flowers-instead,they look like someone bought them at the next door supermarket,added some icing and a 5year old decorated them - extra sparingly with minimal berries. Charged a lot for 6 pathetic cupcakes. They weren’t even in a proper cupcake box like they should. If you run a GIFT service, the only asset is attention to the detail. Extremely disappointed and mad.

Delayed cake delivery that ruined a birthday party.Delivery guys and head office did not show to be worried about not complying with delivery time.Cake was also a complete disappointment: more cream than cake itself as seen in slice in picture. Very little cake which makes the cake feel super fatty with all the cream on it.

Don’t waste your time and money, they would ruin your special occasion. The photos on the website is nothing like the actual delivered items. I ordered a gift that looks nice from their website, and they delivered totally different thing. Neither quality nor presentation is the same. Two times happened to me where I ordered and paid, and different items delivered because they were out off stock without telling me. Their customer service is the worst. Takes hours to answer, and never understand your frustration. I wish I had read the reviews before, because many customers have the same experience.Luckily here in Dubai, we have many choices. Save yourself the embarrassment, and don’t ruin your special occasion by ordering from here.

UNRELIABLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Placed the order mid day, Delivery was supposed to be at 3:00 PM but until 05:00 PM the order havent reached. I even paid extra charge for express. All they can tell me is they will check the driver but you can never trust their words! Spoke to 3 different staff and all they can tell me is they will refund the express delivery charge, what good is that anyway???! Ive asked them to refund instead and they are even not quick to say they will. The receiver might not be there anymore. Very ridiculous! Will never deal with them.

Had a god awful experience with them and will not be ordering again. I had 2 orders and they did not deliver one. When you contact them, they send you a screenshot that says delivered and a picture that is blurry. I’m it sure what I’m supposed to make out of that. No one answers the phone when you call and they refuse to talk to you to troubleshoot. I’d suggest you take your money elsewhere because their service is absolutely rubbish. The flowers don’t look great either, so spend your money elsewhere.

After a 5 hour delay of the flower delivery, the tulips arrived wilted. Really disappointed.The worse part is after paying so much money for the flowers, customer service took ages to get back to me and offered me a ‘15% discount’ on my future purchase. I had a chat using their WhatsApp requesting if they can deliver in an hour, they confirmed and sent me a link. I used the link and searched for balloons, found my choice and ordered. Then they said that it will be delivered between 3-7pm which was definitely not in an hour. After chatting back, they said balloons are not included in the 1 hour deliver. The question is, why didn’t you tell me from the beginning and not after ordering? I found this deceiving. Requested them to cancel the order if they can’t deliver in an hour but they were just busy defending themselves. Bad customer service.

Never again. I placed an order for anniversary, and paid extra to be delivered in a specific one hour window. It was extremely important to get in this window. They came 20mins late..With the price tag, you would expect a top service… they suck… stay away…

Horrible Delivery not at all bothered to call to deliver rather just left the cakes at the door...Improper packaging free 2 message cards were delivered for 2 different cakes 1 with and 1 without envelope just to rush the work.... Donot ruin your special day Trusting this bad Company...

I ordered personalized mug and cushion, the delivery came just in time , the mug was great , but I got the wrong cushion, I called the customer service and they respond very quickly and I got my right cushion just after one hour, I really recommend Ferns N Petals for the quality and good product and for there responses

Customer service follow up to a complaint of extremely expensive flowers wilting in 3 days has been pathetic.Successive customer service team members closing the complaint ticket as they don’t know the order number, which is in the subject line of the message and claiming that they don’t recognize my registered email address.I have used Ferns and Petals regularly in the past, but NEVER AGAIN.The Customer Service Team should be ashamed of their extremely poor attitude and failure to step up to solve my problem: ABYSMAL*****FOLLOW UP NOTE****In spite of the company’s response to my review, I have only had negative emails from the company claiming they can’t find my order number, in spite of it being in the subject line and my phone number also provided: UNACCEPTABLE - Dying flowers after 3 days...

Horrible rude driver, just dropped the heavy flowers and huge ballons at the wrong location and left!!! I had to transport them myself to the recipient!! Mind blowingly bad service

We ordered 25pcs Peach Roses called Eternal Affection in their website and they delivered a yellow roses. Well the flowers were nice except for its not what we ordered. It was our first time ordering from them but I dont think I would repurchase since I can not trust that what I purchased is exactly what they will deliver. I would understand if the arrangement could be slightly different from what is shown in the website but the color of the flower is not acceptable it is clearly mentioned in the description that it is peach and it does look peach in the photo.Well on the positive note, they delivered on time. We opt for early morning delivery between 7am-9am which we paid additional AED59 and they delivered by 8:15am.

What you see in the website is what you get. They have beautiful Flowers and fresh on delivery. Their cake taste so delicious too.They also have the cash on delivery option. Products and Delivery never failed me. I recommend Ferns N Petals if you want to surprise and appreciate your love ones with flowers, customize gifts, chocolates, balloons, bears etc. Perfect for any occasion.

Very bad delivery, they gave my number to a man who said he will be there in 25 minutes and an hour passed so I called him to ask if he got lost and he told me it’s out of his root so another driver will come after making me wait for the whole day. ( and he laughed at me) It was supposed to me anniversary gift. Thank you for making it difficult and giving my phone to people for no reason.

I have ordered from fnp.ae many times and i can say that their service is excellent all round from their quick communication to their high quality flowers. I have sent flowers to loved one in dubai and they haven been delivered on time which left a smile on face. Easy to place an order and really feels secure. I ordered a birthday gift and indicated the required delivery date and time. Order was confirmed but delivered 1 day late. Roses looked like they have been in the delivery van overnight. Caused huge embarrassment. Tried to cancel the order but unable to reach customer support on their phone after trying more than 10 times. Submitted complain form online and no reply. Well, at least they apologized on this review. I think they do care, maybe just need more help with customer service. Increase my rating from 1 star to 2 starts. Please improve if you can.
