Good Cafe. The coffee smells wonderful and the blend they use is suoer smooth. We had affogatto and cafe latte. The salted caramel brownie and banana cake were also perfectly made. Interiors tastefully done with a cozy vibe. Good food menu too.

I went because I read they have a kids area, ot is only few toys in a shelf with book great for older kids not below 2 years old, they did not have many options for breakfast, the food was good however it was cold

This was our very first place we visited for lunch when we moved to Dubai (nearly five years ago)...its a fab place with plenty of healthy food choices, free water, and a great ambience...still love going back here, time and time again! My all-time favourite dessert is their apricot and pistachio tart! OK, not so healthy maybe, but absolutely delicious! So happy that a new Lime Tree Cafe has now opened in the new mall on The Palm, where we live...now its just a short stroll away! ;)

Of course the Courtyard located beside this cafe is stylish and is highlight of the area. But this Limetree Cafe is also stylish enough to rival it. Spacious dining hall and delicious coffee itself are the winners!

Went with a friend and our kids, they have a small play corner in the restaurant so my toddler let me eat in peace while she was busy with the toys, the breakfast was delicious and loved the gingerbread cookies they make.The cafe has a nice sized outdoor area - dogs are welcome - and great selection of homemade goods to buy in the shop. Just now there is a wide range of Christmas cookies, preserves and other goodies. All very reasonably priced.

They are famous for the carrot cake . It is a must to try. They have nice selection of food and deserts .they have also healthy options like salads and some healthy sandwiches . Their coffee is good. I tried cappuccino and double espresso It is easy to find parking in front of Lime tree.Be careful that they close early around 5 pm.

I have been going to lime tree regularly for the last 7 years and it has always been my favourite cafe. However for the last year it has really gone drastically downhill. I kept giving it another chance and just hoped it was a one-off bad experience but the last 3 times I ordered my favourite breakfast, the meat was old and dry and awful. Also, the last few times I’ve had a sandwich it has been with stale, old bread and when I complained I was was told the bread was freshly made which it clearly wasn’t. The coffee has also been bad recently (I believe they are not training their baristas to the same standard as before) and when lime tree used to be a guaranteed good coffee go to for me, now it’s mostly disappointing. Their carrot cake is about the only thing that has still been good. It’s very sad as I tried to offer feedback via email more than once and was ignored, also the new manager now just makes excuses and does not acknowledge any of the problems. I used to love this place as it was consistently good in terms of quality, freshness and value and now I’m devastated to say that due to the dropped standards I’ll not be going back.

Got the mince pies.. they were too sweet for me.. couldn’t enjoy them as much as I would’ve liked. The pies were mostly crushed by the time I got them

My first visit to this place and definitely the last. Very poor service and attitude. The waiters ignore you when you call at them to ask for something and in my case it was the wifi connection. Sat here for 2 hours and it was a waste of my time . Every time i asked about the wifi , they pretend they didn’t hear me calling and then they say that they are restarting it. I now understand why this place is empty.

Lime Tree Cafe has had a makeover since the last time I visited and it looks great. The food and coffee are good and the ambience is really relaxing. The staff are nice and accommodating. The triple chocolate brownie is highly recommended by my son!

Very nice little rustic place, hygienic and foods lovely. The concept is “order at the counter” as a quick stop not really any service to the tables, saying that the staff are great it’s just the concept. If service was at the table it would have been 5star!

Dog friendly happiness!Good and tasty food. Service was fast. Would’ve like another umbrella outside but hopefully next time all the umbrellas will be up. We will be back. Oh yes, and the carrot cake is still to die for since 2001!

Food looks good but the sicilian pasta was bland. Wild Berry tea tastes fresh but in a weird way. Wont come back.

Hidden jewel of Dubai. More than five years here. Havent found that many AWESOME places with exceptional good, interior and prices. Tried beef pie, hash browns, bagel with salmon and avocado on the side. 10/10. Portions are big, so dont order too much. Took a second pie for takeaway.

Everything is the same but the service. They downgraded the service. Slow, incompetent, sassy. Shame, it was such a good place.

Food is good- the vanilla lavender gluten free cake was refreshingly light and delicious. Liked the Christmas items for sale.

Slow service, cold food. The order took more than 30 minutes to arrive, and when it did all our food was cold except the potatoes. When I complained, I was offered a free coffee to compensate. I declined as I had already ordered two over the course of the half hour waiting.

I kind of didn’t like it from the beginning (mostly because of the busy street and rarely a parking spot) but i have to say that it’s a consistent high quality place. The new sandwich with turkey, apricot jam and brie is out of this world - unbelievably tasty and balanced, i hope it will stay in the menu. Banana cake - one of a kind. Professional staff, nice chill music. This is definitely a good place to have a healthy lunch and a treat.

Lime Tree is one of my favorites and this location is no different from the others. Its a great place to meet friends, or spend a few hours working, or relaxing with good coffee and fresh and delicious food. Their desserts (like carrot cake) are lovely and coffee is well prepared. It did take quite some time to deliver our coffees the last couple times I was there, so prepare for prep times that may be more like a sit down restaurant than a coffee shop. I love this extra time to sit and converse with friends, but if youre in a hurry, you may want to put a rush on it.

Visited the restaurant for a quick lunch whilst my son was in Bounce. Limited menu offering I would say. Self service place; but not that much to choose from at the counter. Would I return? Unlikely..better to drive across the road and grab a sandwich (or Sushi) and a juice from Spinneys or Park and Shop at half the price.

Not so good experience to be honest.Unfortunately I cant eat any dairy or eggs so the menu was very limited.I have asked the waiter at the counter if he can exchange cream cheese with avocado but he insisted that he must charge extra for that. I got very much disappointed and decided not to have any. Its sad when the place was almost empty and personel is not willing to do exceptions to meet guest needs resulting me never coming back to this cafe. Apparently they must be doing too good 😒

I came here for a breakfast and a place to work.I got the eggs any way breakfast. The eggs were fresh and the toast was good. But the whole plate lacked any coherence. It was good quality, but not really put together as a healthy breakfast.I couldnt get any work done because the WIFI DID NOT WORK with my macbook pro (which works perfectly fine). The staff tried to explain that it does indeed work and I should maybe try using my phone. sigh.

Coffee great, very hot inside, excessively noisy from the background music... more like a night club than a coffee bar. (Staff refused to turn down the vibes).... not good if you are having an on line meeting..Wont be heading there again...

Great cafe and delicious food

Love this spot. Always fresh ,healthy breakfast and baked goods. Prices are similar to comparable cafes , about dhs 60 for a breakfast meal (which aint cheap but this is Dubai) . Portion size is good and there is free detox water available. I come here often and notice in peak times , the orders do get significantly delayed but always tasty and if you with friends , this isnt a big deal. My favourite are the big breakfast and posh one . Carrot cake is A+ here . Havent had the fudge cake but its on my mind. I did take the chocolate fudge to my office and I was a superstar for the morning! Check it out !

I love this place and Im happy its pet friendly. the food is delish they really put some soul into it.

Unique urban bistro restaurant with nice food. The only downside: food is not fresh every time. They stay longer than a day on display and dont test as good as we used to get there before. People are very kind and professional and I love their ready to go cookie packs. I hope theyll follow up on freshness of their food otherwise theyll lose all their loyal clients like us.

I expected a lot more, because of reading many great reviews. So my expectations were very high. Things I did not like were: no menu cart at your table, kids breakfast way too plain (not even a small drink incl), egg on toast item again way too simple, food taste mediocre, coffee same thing. Though ambiance was quite fine yet nothing too exciting. Great place for business meetings. Overall not worth the price too be fair. Paying a little extra elsewhere and you get a way lot more.

I like the place but if i am paying for the food and carrying my own plate I see no pint going to a cafe.! I prefer to be served, since the price asks for it.

I dont usually specify that my poached eggs should be soft. So they were pretty much boiled. That being said, the chef made the full plate rather than just giving me two new eggs so double thumbs up for stellar service!! The carrot cake is ALWAYS AMAZING! BEST in Dubai hands down by far and so say all of us!!

Try the smoothies and cakes, stop buy for gifts for birthdays and their mulled wine packets for Christmas time get snapped up as soon as they go on sale. Good quality food, good quality product and service makes it a great restaurant that we keep going back to.

Cant go wrong with this place. Great food and desserts. Most known for their carrot cake. One of Dubais favourite delis.

Its ok but I got bored of the menu it is quite repetitive the fresh foods on display. Their coffee is also not that great very watery and acidic.

The best smoked salmon in town hands down. I am not fond of the ready made meals tho.

We’ve been to the Lime Tree a number of times and generally had a good experience, however, our last experience was a poor experience. The lady serving us was rude and not helpful and we ordered soft eggs that arrivedas hard. They replaced the eggs after 5 minutes but didn’t think to apologise! All in all not a great experience

Excellent breakfast! Scrambled eggs done the way they should be! Food overall very tasty, highly recommended.

This particular branch is not my favorite, but I do love The Lime Tree Cafe. My favorite is getting an assortment of their delicious spiced biscuit shapes, and their chocolate buscuits with Smarties are an absolute must, it comes in a beautiful container. I would be happy getting that as a gift. Theres more, if buscuits wont cut it they sell all sorts of other beautiful pieces, finding a gift for someone special is easy. Food can be either a hit or miss but I always enjoy the decore and vibe.

Its a nice coffee shop, yummy cakes and coffee... they also offer cold water with lemon and mint... for free :)

I can recommend this place if you want to stand in a queue to order your food and coffee in order to get a number that you will have to display on your table. I would also recommend it if you like pretty slightly overpriced small servings. Food is ok tho, it is a fancy MC Donalds.

Accidently went there instead of Lime tree on Sheikh Zayed. It took almost 25min to get some coffee. The new blond manager wasnt switched on, she needs more training about customer service. I thank the waiter who apolosized and offered us complimentary biscuits with iced americano. But I will not visit there again.

Always a great selection, everything is fresh and organic, prepared for a hearty meal, cooked home style. Stop by with kids, as the kids menu is always super friendly, too.
