Maybe it is necessary to hire less rude staff? I ask that my table be cleaned the waitress rolls her eyes and NEVER comes to clean my table. she talks constantly to her colleague instead of doing her job and ensuring the hygiene of the restaurant, especially in times of pandemic.

CONGRATS! This month Costa Coffee, well known coffee giant with branches all over town has become the first coffee chain in the region to launch a mobile phone application in the UAE. The app boasts of a distinct navigation tool, complete online product details, social media integration, store finder options and many more. The app helps locate or be notified about the nearest Costa Coffee stores and users can also play games and listen to music on the go.My personal favorite is hot Mocha with cream..awesome & flat white as well.I dont understand why did they stop offering ginger cookies one of my favorite. Another best thing to have with coffee is biscuit with low sweet content comes in nicely wrapped pack & tied with silky red ribbon.Another favorites are Almond croissant, Lemon Mousse & Tiramisu as well.

I didnt like the coffee in here it was tasteless ( laterally a brown hot water), it doesnt represent costa at all.I ordered croissants and it was ok.Staff were nice and practical guysGenerally speaking..if you are that guy who respect the coffee....dont drink coffee in here...Unless of course you have to.

Even not so many choice of food, i give 5 stars is because this place offer more space and big chance to sit than any other coffee shop.

Nice little Costa outlet that shortens the waiting for your loved ones at terminal 3 of the Dubai International airport. You can sit at the sides and watch all passengers going by who are heading for taxis. So you will not miss your loved ones, but still be able to have a quick coffee. Just be careful to not wait for anyone in business or first class - they will have their Emirates drivers pick them up and exit from another door.

Very convenient Costa just in front of the arrivals at Terminal 3. Im chilling here having a cup of almond flat white while I wait for my friends to arrive. Nice :)

Lovely seating arrangements.... lovely ambience. Love their coffe and a good place to pass some time when you reach ealy at the dubai airport. The staff is very co-operative, humble and fun loving. Loved the every sip of Costa Coffee.

Good location and good menu options. It helps that the spot is open 24 hours a day as it makes it convenient for late travellers. Staff are friendly and patient with foreigners. The coffee is delish and I loved the aeroplane design on the foam, a nice touch. Fairly reasonably priced as well for it being a luxury.

Staff should go back to training. Costa is a big name. And the branch in dubai airport dont keep change, sending all customers to travlex to change their bills and they charge commission. Seems like staff do it deliberately.

Definition a good place to get a coffee as the shop is located just outside of exit but be careful on one aspect. Either you pay local currency or in card. If you pay in euros or dollars they charge you a lot more. Otherwise nice staff.

I always come to Costa for breakfast before going on my flights. Usually the staff is attentive and friendly, but today was not the case. On the counter, I had to repeat my order 3 times as they got it wrong every time they were repeating my order reconfirm. We ordered one moca, one capuccino, one espresso and 3 toasted cheese twist. The cappuccino was warmish, the cheese twist were cold. I sent my cheese twist to be reheated and had to go back for it myself as they seemed to have forgotten about it. The cheese twist did not seem fresh. I went to the counter to get some extra chocolate powder for my cappuccino, and instead of handing me the chocolate, the staff just shove a pile of chocolate inside my cappuccino and they seemed annoyed because I asked for it! It’s unacceptable to have such a bad service and such unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Very disappointing! I would go to Lavazza coffee next time instead of Costa!

The Costa Coffee place here looks comfortable and inviting. I ordered a Cappucino while my friend ordered a drink and a bagel.We had some time to kill before boarding the plane back to Kuala Lumpur.We chatted a bit and then, went into our own space with the Internet to chat with virtual friends, and looking for news back home.I really had a comfortable time here, quiet and secluded.

The coffee is good as always, but the snack seemed to be stale. It was also reheated, took me a while to finish it and wasnt tasting that great. (The snack was sausage roll, I wouldnt recommend it)

Nice coffee shop, a bit more expensive than the average Costa but overall was good. I got a red velvet slice and it was a little dry but overall not a bad experience

Double check your order contents before you leave the luggage collection area. It would be nice if the staff paid attention to the order rather than chatting to their friends and messing up the order. Conveniently, once you leave the luggage area you cant return the items.

Good place for you to wait for your flight in Terminal 3. They serve good coffee and food as well. Though they dont provide sockets in the tables away from the counter.

Everytime I come here I have been welcomed by a warm nice smile, from the barista „Julia“.She recognized me everytime, and once as I lost my mobile at one of the tables, she took care of it so I got it back. Thank you - that is costumer service how it should be.10 stars to the always smiling “Julia” and 3 Stars to coffee place.

Terminal 3 Dubai Airport

- Staff is trying to get too friendly (calling me boss, man.. ) which can be weird but well if thats how they do..- They didnt get full order the first time.- They dont provide receipts ??- No napkins- Sandwich not properly toasted- And the price displayed is not what you pay because you need to add Operations

Loved the cappuccino and a chicken, turkey bacon and cheese toastie. The staff was also really friendly.

Service is terrible. They don’t give you tissues and their food is quite horrible for the prices. The people taking the orders need training.The Frostine Belgian caramel or whatever drink is also god awful.

V poor service, staff heated up biryani together with yogurt sause inside in plastic container! Also serving it with so called eco friendly cutlery, why not to serve it just with normal steel ones?
